“An absolutely amazing experience, Sam helped welcomed us the absolute second we walked in and asked me if we were looking for anything special and told us about all the deals going on. I had a wedding the same day and she immediately directed me to a dress and matching shrug that i knew was going to be perfect. She took them for me and put them in a dressing room while we looked a little longer. When I tried on the dress i asked Sam her opinion and she immediately made me feel amazing about the dress. I’ve always had a hard time clothes shopping and this was definitely my best experience ever. Sam was amazing and checked us out- we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Definitely worth the money 🖤🖤”

“Wow. This was truly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Nathan at the Kohl’s Amazon return desk was absolutely amazing. Even though there was a long line and a lot of pressure, he stayed calm, professional, welcoming, and an amazing problem-solver. Even after I messed up my return, he fixed everything in minutes. He made me feel comfortable and respected. Kohl’s should recognize him .
What really stood out was how he treated every customer with kindness—making eye contact, greeting people with “Good evening,” and ending with “Have a good night” and a smile. Even when he had to step away to put boxes aside, he communicated clearly and kindly.
