“Purchased a 30x felt Stetson for half the price it is on the website. Big selection but seems disorganized. Not too many sales person to ask questions then again it is an outlet. I had higher expectations since my husband spoke highly of this place and came out semi disappointed. Do like the on-site hat cleaning and shaping. Overall, we would come back if it’s convenient but wouldn’t go out of our way.”

She also helped me find matching outfits for my entire family of five to make Mother's Day extra special. I am so thankful for her. “An absolutely amazing experience, Sam helped welcomed us the absolute second we walked in and asked me if we were looking for anything special and told us about all the deals going on. I had a wedding the same day and she immediately directed me to a dress and matching shrug that i knew was going to be perfect. She took them for me and put them in a dressing room while we looked a little longer. When I tried on the dress i asked Sam her opinion and she immediately made me feel amazing about the dress. I’ve always had a hard time clothes shopping and this was definitely my best experience ever. Sam was amazing and checked us out- we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. “Wow. This was truly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Nathan at the Kohl’s Amazon return desk was absolutely amazing. Even though there was a long line and a lot of pressure, he stayed calm, professional, welcoming, and an amazing problem-solver. Even after I messed up my return, he fixed everything in minutes. He made me feel comfortable and respected. Kohl’s should recognize him .
What really stood out was how he treated every customer with kindness—making eye contact, greeting people with “Good evening,” and ending with “Have a good night” and a smile. Even when he had to step away to put boxes aside, he communicated clearly and kindly.
This kind of customer service is rare. Nathan has excellent problem-solving skills, great memory, and a wonderful attitude.

I have always gone to Victoria’s Secret for bras I wondered why they didn’t fit right, I was sized wrong. Walking in I felt discouraged but Ashley was very quick to lift my spirits and help me. “I stopped by today because my last purchase had been charged to the wrong card, which meant I could not receive the 30% discount linked to the other card. It was most likely caused by a computer issue at the time.
Since the purchase had been made five days earlier, I went in with very low expectations and had almost accepted that I might lose the discount.
