THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THEIR PHONES! Everyone we’ve spoke to, or seen at Liberty are so FRIENDLY! They have been so accommodating to our needs no matter what they are. They’ve always been very respectful, and efficient. Not to mention I’ve never had to wait for my medication to be filled. FAST! Their customers are definitely priority. “I've been using HEB as my pharmacy for quite a while. They've always been helpful, considerate, professional & speedy considering the huge customer populations they serve at each store.Today, I called because the prescriptions ordered upon my hospital discharge for kidney stones weren't all due to be available for a few hours. The tech who took my call immediately understood my need & pain level (anyone who's had kidney stones can relate) & put a rush on the meds. I know how busy Saturdays are at HEB, especially my awesome Williams Drive location. So I truly appreciate that she responded so kindly. Only an hour wait for pain relief.I love my HEB. I really do.”
“This review is for the in-store bakery at this location. We ordered 48 of the 3" cheesecakes- half chocolate and half New York style along with some of their deluxe oatmeal raisin cookies as desserts for a memorial service. The staff was very prompt and courteous. The cheesecakes were ready for pick up as requested and they were beautifully decorated and packed for transporting. They were delicious as well as pleasing to the eye for our guests. HEB took all the work and worry out of this part of our service planning.”

“I went in to see what it would take to have some photos on my phone to get printouts. Brenda from Walgreens walked up and asked if I needed help and I told her what I needed and wasn’t sure what to do. She made me feel at ease and said we would help me through it. She got me going and checked on me a couple times to see how I was doing. I told her good and she said she would check back. In the meantime I had a question and saw where Brenda was helping an other customer so I asked Josh from Walgreens and he came to get me going again. My experience was very good here. Thank you Brenda and Josh.”

“All of my annual vaccines ? have been from here for the set 5 years and after preregistering, I never wait. I appreciate the cashier directing me(on my phone) where to find my CVS coupons. Even though the shelves were not fully stocked for the BOGO items, I was offered a discounted price. There were enough staff readily available to answer all my questions.”

“I’m a manager at a wholesale establishment , these pharmacy techs have wonderful customer service , have to name Jennifer, Jarod they always 100% have amazing customer service even with the disadvantages the endure everyday of being short handed and they still put on wonderful customer service . I have seen customers just plain rude to these pharmacy techs because the have to wait an extra 30 minutes for their scripts, and the employees continue to have great customer service . I know for a fact any where in town every pharmacy is slammed , understaffed and have long lines . These pharmacy employees are doing in amazing job and need to be recognized by Walgreens !!!”
“Walgreens is my go to pharmacy, I like the variety of products like makeup, shampoo, office supplies and the employees are very helpful and patient when I need assistance locating a product I can't seem to find. Even when it's plain site. The pharmacy is very prompt when I pick up my medications.”
