“So went there for the Black Froday shenanigans, amazing place really with quite affordable and variety of sneakers to chose from, unfortunately I didn't get some pics whilst in store but I got some pics of what bro purchased, as the que to get in was buzzing, definitely drop buy to get you some amazing sneakers and they got the crazy deal where if you are a member or Got the Nike app you get special discount, so Go on ahead and get them Nike apps. Would have gotten 5 star but there were some sneakers that wasn't generally available especially for us Big foot. All in All amazing spot, do check em out.”

I was coming from out of town for a job. I wanted some kicks to walk around and enjoy with my family and friends. So first we went to another store they didn’t have anything I wanted or catch my eyes. So I look over and what you know I spot with my eyes was a Hibbett Sports Store and I told my family that I want to go in and get some kicks.
As soon I walk in Moo saw me and help me out. I copped some really kool socks for work too. As I cash out the store manager her name was Dolores was amazing she made feel welcome and really sweet too. Overall my experience was amazing.”

“I had the opportunity to shop at the Grand Prairie Premium Outlet, Store # 3175. The store has the greatest kid's selection at affordable prices. Christopher Manual was great at explaining the BOGO and how to identify the items. The customer service he provided was excellent and elevated my shopping experience. It was like having my very own personal shopper! I highly recommend this location for great prices and a great shopping experience.”

“The manager who helped me was very attentive to what I asked for and I really appreciated that. I have an extra wide foot and it seemed that there were only one or two shoes in stock that are extra wide.. I was disappointed in the selection for wide feet, but thrilled with good service and the fact that he didn’t try to tell me that a medium shoe would stretch with time like so many other shoe sales men have done.”
“POOR ORDER FULFILLMENT, but great in-store customer service. I ordered online. My order was supposed to be ready for in store pick up on the 7th. Came in on the 10th and only 2 of the 3 shoes on my order were there. Since I ordered online, the store told me I had to call customer service to be assisted because from what they could tell, the missing shoes were coming from another store (even though the screenshot I took of my order said different). After 2 days of not getting through to customer service, including waiting on the phone 30+ mins just for the automated system to hang up on me due to close of business, I left my job to head 45 mins away to the store. After a very frustrating time trying to get my daughter’s shoes in time for school, Sharea and Hailia (hope I’m spelling right) assisted to the best of their ability, though I was difficult. They saved DTLR a customer today. Thanks ladies.”

“Plenty of options to choose from, including some items that we couldn't find in the converse shop itself.It's not a self-service shop though, all the items are on display, but you need to ask for help if you want to try anything on, including shoes.The guy that was helping us was really efficient, although clearly also engaged in a phone call through his AirPod in his ear.”
