“Came here to get my speakers replaced & was initially told by the lady there that I needed a new amplifier. Came back 2 days later to get the part no. for the amplifier and one of the male techs (older gent) listens to it for one min and says “oh you just need new speakers, your amplifier is fine”… Ladies, respectfully it is OK to let men take charge on some things, lol. Nonetheless, everyone is friendly & I’m glad he was able to get me in and out same day. The sound is great!

“Zorrell was amazing getting all 3 of my lines transfered from T-Mobile . Zorrell went above and beyond makening sure all my devices were working perfect even when T-Mobile said they released the lines and clearly in my app they weren't. So between Zorrell and his tec support they made this family happy and felt very welcoming into the Verizon family . Left T-Mobile after being with them over 20 + years !!!! “Had a computer issue yesterday, a chat box trying to download. Unplugged it and called Best Buy Conroe to take it in. Called about 1:30 and got an appt. for 4:40 that day, very surprised, I'm in Huntsville. Walked in the store 14 min before my appt and was greeted by Ann A in the geek squad.
Looked at my computer and noticed a program that was downloaded 2/3/26. Some type of estimating program, someone was trying to remote hack me.
Still watching everything closely and changing passwords and usernames.

“One of the faster vendors around. Whereas some vendors have delays in service never at this station. The fuel delivery system is beyond reproach. The items this location provides are comparable to larger big-box outlets. Products in the refrigerator areas have all you may need (eggs, bacon, milk, etc.) while the coffee area is chock full that afternoon pick-me-up.”

“They are an extremely difficult store to locate from the outside of The Woodlands Mall. I have been there twice, and both times I parked way too far out of the way to get to the store timely. This evening I walked a total of 2 miles to get to the store, and then to get back to my car, they need more signage on the outside of Woodland's Mall to let people know where the Apple Store is really located. GPS is not good. It tells you to drive around the Woodland Circle Ring. Well, all you do is run around in circles. So they should put some signage on the outside of the building that is closest to the entry to the Apple Store.”
