“I came with my aunt to get a phone. An employee Alexis greeted us and as he took over talking to me, my aunt stepped outside to talk with her husband and when she came in I asked to buy the phone immediately. We purchased it and in the car I explained that the employee Alexis was extremely helpful and was offering me a really good bundle deal for $250. Just unbelievable you can trust a company like this to do the right and affordable thing. I'm satisfied and happy with my purchase. I will be giving a 10/10 on the text message survey.”

I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Spring, Texas! Rio provided exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain all my options without rushing me.
He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you come across someone who is this attentive and genuinely cares about helping customers.
If you’re looking for excellent service, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Rio. He truly goes above and beyond!

He helped me make an informed decision on my choice between two devices and helped with upgrading my plan, and when things did not work as expected with getting my number ported over to the new device, he was able to get it fixed in minutes.

Bn lil bit elder or seasoned as I say by choice I'm not tech savvy went into this store not really expecting the best experience boy was I wrong . The young man Kenneth was very patient kind , caring and concerned about my needs. Met all of them easily . I have to say I wasn't happy about having to wait three days for my new phone to come then have to trek back up to have sim card inserted but I understand that part because of all the thief's wanting to rob these stores and not get a job like the rest of society. But nevertheless if you find yourselves having to get a new phone go here ask for Kenneth tell em Mrs Robin sent you, if he don't remember tell him the lady that bought him lunch. Yes I bought him lunch because I couldn't think of anything else to express my appreciation.”

“If you have an Infiniti or any other luxury vehicle, don’t even waste your time going anywhere else for car stereo problems. None of these vehicles can take after market products. You have to get the factory equipment fixed. This is the only place I found that can do the work. Henry got my stereo fixed within 2 weeks. He even let me use an equivalent system so I wouldn’t be without music while he searched for my replacement part. I only paid a small deposit for this that went towards the cost of the repair. Thank yall again for helping me and saving me money!”
