“I came by Postal Annex today to take care of some things on my to do list. I was pleasantly surprised by everything that they do. I was able to get my documents notarized and shipped. They ship through all carriers so price comparing was easy and they even have overnight shipping options. Anthony and Leah were super helpful! They offer both virtual and physical mailboxes, so I will definitely be back to rent a mailbox!”

“The notary hours are different than the store hours but not unreasonable. On weekdays the notary is there until 4pm. The notary is available on Saturdays also until about 3:00 p.m. Call before you go if you’re looking for a notary to make sure you get there while the notary is there. It’s a pretty nice, clean store and the people are very helpful.”

“This Postal Annex location is part of my life's tapestry! I have been a customer for 10 years or even more! The staff is exceedingly friendly, always accommodating and extremely accurate. When I walk in I feel I am part of the family and am treated well by all the staff. They do get very busy but never too busy to greet everyone who comes in. They don't have to tell their customers that they are appreciated because their every day acts of service proves how much they do. One can never be too careful today with package pirates and those going thru your mail searching for what might feel like a gift card or credit card. My bank sent out a expedited delivery for my bank card and the driver who was supposed to deliver it apparently has a habit of not even entering apartments to deliver the packages .
Ms Lewis understood the situation and apparently the driver has been reported for this behavior a few times. She went to the back and help me get my card.
I am grateful for her assistance. Whoever that driver is needs to be let go many people are suffering because of he's incompetence.

“I was going to write a bad review but changed my mind because I got a more efficient lady than the manager. I went to the post office to ask for a mailbox key two months ago. I was told it would take four weeks which is fine with me but after six weeks I have not received anything. I went to the post office. The gentleman manning the counter told me the postman would bring my mail that was on hold the next day and I still have not received anything. I called the 1800 number and was helped by a nice lady. I got an email from the manager which I reply to no avail. I sent four more emails to no avail. Today I called 1800 and then 936. I got a lady who took care of everything quickly. I received my mailbox keys within two hours. I wish I had asked her name because she took care of business unlike the manager. Thank you very much ma'am. The five stars belong to you.”
