“Traveling to do some training for work and found a nail in a tire at 10:30 on a Sunday morning. Stopped in at store 4464 and they were on it. Very professional, friendly and fast. I work on cars for my job too and we should all be as professional as this. Couldnt imagine anyone getting bad service or having a bag experience with the team that took care of my family. If I could give more stars I would. Perfect!!!”

“Update from a year: This Grapevine shop has become our one-stop destination for all vehicle needs, from inspections to oil changes, and it’s consistently kind, knowledgeable, and friendly! They are among the few establishments in the area that honor military personnel with a discount.
Previous Review: This automotive center is professional, thorough and accommodating. I went in for a vehicle inspection and they explained to me the process of getting my plates changed plus they changed my window wipers for me. I had to go back to the shop for a separate service and they helped me fit another item at no extra cost.
The atmosphere in the center is accommodating and they have coffee, water, magazines, and children’s books. It’s a place like no other!”
“Michael Rodriguez did an outstanding job with our recent purchase. He did not even get surprised when we told him that not only did we want to purchase the Lakeshore Blue Suburban High Country, but also a Radiant Red Silverado High Country 1500. One of the biggest pluses in our mind was that Michael kept us informed through each step. We have never been kept informed during the process like this. Michael, and Julian Durant ensured that we were comfortable with the operation of both vehicles before they turned us loose in the nighttime traffic. I also can’t say enough about Peter Alvino. He was a pleasure to finish off the entire experience. Overall our experience at Classic Chevrolet has been very pleasant. From the purchase of our 1998 Corvette in 2011, to a 2021 Traverse, to the most recent 2026 High Country pair Classic Chevrolet and the Durant family of employees have been fantastic. “I had a noon appointment and they took my car right away. They gave me an estimate and once they further investigated they realized I needed a special light bulb replacement. They gave me an updated quote and stated they ordered the new bulb and it should be there within the hour. It arrived and was out there in a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes and the cost was the 2nd quote which was $150 cheaper then the Audi dealership

“Made my appointment the week before with no problems. Dropped my car off at 9:30 for a noise in my A/C unit. Brendan went to check if it may just be leaves. It was not. I left my car there and Kay, the lovely front office person, drove me to my office in Grapevine. I was informed that just to diagnose the issue the charge was $179. I personally thought this was a little high, but hey, they have to make their money somewhere. I didn’t hear back from them on what the issue was (bad A/C motor) until around 1 and it was ready around 3:45. Just be prepared to leave your car there most of the day or bring work with you, or have a friend pick you up. They do have someone to take you somewhere if you need it. The reception area is nice if you need to stay there. All in all a pleasant experience. Had to pay more than I anticipated for the repair, but we are spoiled with a long time Honda mechanic. This car, unfortunately, wasn’t a Honda. But Concourse was just fine. Customer service was great!”
“Unfortunately the second I pulled out I had a flat tire and they were fine when I went in and supposedly they filled them so I don't know if they hit a curb or something pulling the car out or what but the low pressure light was on.. I just didn't think to walk around and check the tires. So now I'm buying a new tire as well.

“Fantastic Service at a very reasonable price. I took my 1999 Toyota Avalon from Pittsburgh, PA to B&G to replace a rusty heat shield. After soliciting service/quotes from 3 other Dallas firms ---B&G ran circles around the competition not only on price but on service. Other firms were quoting 3.5 to 4 hours labor and unorthodox ways to fix the aging hardware (negatively affecting SAFETY) , but Jeff at B&G studied it meticulously (unlike his competition) and came up with a solution that was not only sound, but safe and took only 1/2 hour to repair! Great job by Jeff which I really appreciate! YOU TOO WILL APPRECIATE THEIR WORK AND PRICING if you take your car to B&G Muffler. Promise .....You WILL NOT be disappointed. They are very honest and reputable compared to others that previously looked at my car. Seldom do I give more than a 5 star rating but in this case they warrant 10 stars! Sincerely..... Michael A.”
