“I have some USPS choices that I can go to but I really like going here because Eric Sr. is always providing great customer service. Doesn't matter if the day is busy, raining, rough. He is always there with a smile and makes my post office experience 100% welcoming. I appreciate that a lot for individuals who work in this industry. I mainly do package drop-offs at this location but it seems like they are efficient and knowledgeable in the services they provide. The only long part is if there is a line but it generally goes down pretty quick. I give 5 Stars because of Eric Sr.!”

“Always, always, always kind, courteous, and efficient customer service. The post office is calm and efficient. I feel so fortunate that our local post office has some of the nicest and most caring people who work there. I genuinely look forward to visiting because of them. I went to have my passport application done for me and my mom, and it was very quick. The process is long in nature, Mrs. Erica helped us out and got it done quickly. She deserves more than 10 stars ? ??I appreciate and want to take the time to write how thankful I am for amazing people like Mrs. Erica!!I'm so glad I called Bedford Post Office. They're the BEST!”

“Our first visit for passport application here was very disappointing as we were asked to rebook our appointment by the front desk person due to some confusion with our appointment time.However we chose to do walk in on the same day and Cassandra was beyond amazing. She reversed our experience to the most positive one which not only made us leave with smiles on our face but also made us come back to her for our other passport applications too. While she worked on our passport applications she addressed us by our name while just glancing at our names on the applications … making it feel like we have known each other from a long time ☺️.That’s a very friendly approach and made our experience so smooth.”

“I came to this location to get a passport. I had an appointment, I got there on time and I had to wait a little bit. But the manager and the person helping me with my appointment apologized for the wait. They were super kind and nice. I came to my appointment with my son and they were very kind to him, they made sure he was also happy.Even though I had to wait, the customer service provided by these two people specifically changed my experience and made it better.Also this location is so clean and surprisingly big. I found parking right away and didn’t have to walk much.”

“Was so nervous coming here for my husband and I’s passports due to the reviews but luckily Norma helped us today and everything went very smoothly. As long as you have all the required documents we ended up waiting in line longer than the whole appointment! (Maybe 10 min) She got started with us early, one of the employees at the main desk helped us out and was very pleasant as well. Thanks!”

“Drop orders off from my small business here all the time. Always have pre-paid USPS labels so they make it very smooth also with the new Click-N-Ship service. I always simply walk in, skip the line, drop off my packaged, and boom they mark them as shipped and handle them from there. They're always very friendly and my orders get shipped out quickly!! Thank you Roanoke USPS for all of y'alls stellar service.”

“Okay- I have NEVER had the experience these others claim. We moved up here from S Antonio & Adam helped us with the POB process. He told us everything we needed to do & not do. I have had all good experiences with the 2 females, 1 younger than the other when Amazon didn't deliver a pkg. Waylon then got involved-they opened all the delivery boxes to double ck Amazon. Then the older of the 2 women told me exactly how to handle the Amazon situation & she solved the puzzle for me. All 4 of these employees went out of their way to prove that Amazon didn't do what they claimed. And truly, all 4 deserve kudos in the customer service department!”

“This location is very easy to get to to drop off letters. I use it all the time as it seems to shave time off deliveries. The drop off boxes are just North of 635 on Royal Lane. My recent trip was right on the way with minimal disruption of my route. I didn't actually time myself, but pretty sure it took less than 20 seconds from time I pulled in, dropped in mail and was back on the street.”

“My husband and I went to the Irving post office for our passports. I was so nervous because of all the talk about the wait time but we walked in and out. My husband didn’t even have the correct birth certificate and lady held off on submitting the paper work till he went downtown got a new certificate and went right back to submit..best customer service and we even got our passports sooner then expected!!! “My customers have seen this office grow for the past 20yrs. Most are aware of changes that occur & the online options but some are not. Informing & educating my customers to insure future visits is my responsibility & I love it.The reviews are not reflective of each & every day & it's sad that these consumers were not given more information on filing claims for lost packages (online or in person), consumer affairs (works as a advocate to ensure continued communication) or directed to the Postmaster located @ the Lewisville Post Office.Parking to close to your box is against delivery policy. Endangering everyone.Mail cannot be held longer than 30days without approval.Wedding invites are based off shape & weight. The worst thing is to have a bride come back for extra postge, defacing her invite. Never do we deny a sale of over $50 dollars (we are a business)but informing & suggesting the customer return to verify exact postge is a norm.Online applications are great but must be printed off. I cannot file your phone so we will have you fill out a blank hard copy. Your info is visible in the system so no need to leave the facility.Being the only post office between Argyle & Lewisville creates a volume of demand above my pay scale but the customers are valued & have over the years become family.Some years later,I'm amazed at the adjectives used to state that postal employees don't want to do their jobs. Nothing could or is further from the truth. We assist in educating our many options but in the end the customer must package and secure their packages. We are open til 6pm so one can buy our supplies or just return later before closing. No pressure. Once packaging is complete, customers return to the c counter. No one is made to return to the line. Everyone's time is valuable. This office does not process your mail. We ship mail to the distribution center. All packages carry $100 insurance and tracking. Do not hesitate to file a claim for undelivered packages. Be well to all who valued the info given”
