“Stephen at the dezavala store helped our family out with new phones. I have had issues viewing our bill and needed help with clarification. I reached out back to Stephen at the store and he was do patient with me and helped me out tremendously. I know any future issues I have or purchased I need to make Stephen will be the person we go to for help. I first met Stephen in Nov. and he helped me get my bill paid. He kept in touch to see if he could help us and we finally were able to come into the store in April. I am so grateful to now have a person I can go to for our Verizon purchases and issues.”

“I ordered total of 4 iPhones but decided to go with just tow of those. The process of canceling the order and processing the new order is very time consuming. Me and my wife went to many Verizon stores and felt that the rep's just don't have interest selling us the phones because of the hectic process. We came to this store and trust me the store manager was so professional and went above and beyond for us to get the new iPhones. The manager has very great ethics and always kept smile on his face though out the lengthy process . We sincerely appreciate him to help us out by being very patient and with a great attitude. “Happy New Year to those who are reading this. In August of last year I had my hearing exam done like I normally do. And at that time I asked for applying for the new devices that you offer Texans I received my voucher and it took a while to understand why I couldn't get an iPad at the local hearing aid office. I was told they could not get them. However doing my research I found out that wireless gadget are the ones who supply the devices. After getting in touch with the company wireless gadgets I spoke with Bianca. And Bianca help me out understanding what I was allowed to get. Bianca assisted me in receiving the item in which I accepted in the mail. Unfortunately it took some time to respond to her about the voucher. Because I had to relocate my life and the voucher was placed in a box and forgotten about until I was able to locate it after moving. Today is January 21st 2025 and I located the voucher and wanted to get the paperwork sent in to her. I want to say thank you for having such a understanding and very patient representative with your company. I look forward to doing business with your company and with Bianca in the future. “Today Sandra helped me to get my tolen phone back. She had a full plate all day and never once made as complaint. She always, I mean always referred to each client with the utmost of respect. I had to buy a new S24 and used it to find my old phone. The people who removed it from the gas station, instead of turning it in, to the management, handed me the phone when I knocked on their door. She worked tirelessly to reverse my purchase. I was ready to have to live with a new phone but as God would have it, I got my S23 Ultra back. I had a hell of a day but because of MS. “I am so glad that I came to hear of all places for my cell phone repair! I had got my iPhone 12 Pro off of eBay brand new, came in the box and all. And so, I figured that I could take it to the Apple Store and just get the battery replaced because the capacity degraded at such a rapid rate. Turns out Apple was going to charge me hundreds of dollars for a repair after promising one under $100 because there were third party parts. I realized my mistake in choosing to go to Apple and found Cellphone ER to do my repair. The scheduling process was super easy and communication was super clear. I asked all my questions and they could answer with ease every single time! They are so open with how repairs are done and explain to me how my phone was indeed refurbished and showed me how to tell for the future. On top of that, the repair took no time at all! It has been a couple weeks since my new battery has been put in and my phone has been working just like new! However according to Customer Service I was unable too due to whatever was going on, (possibly due to me downsizing to cheaper plan) Anyhoo,,Loki(please forgive me if I didn't get the name correct) was Excellent in his patience with me, Excellent in his educating me (I wound up doing a Sim Swap to an older phone) about phones, upgrades, etc. He was Excellent in his professionalism and genuine friendliness. “Nathan and the team at uBreakiFix have my business for life! Honestly, I thought ‘You break it, I fix it’ was just talk. When my iPhone cracked badly, AT&T told me to go there, but I wasn’t sure it would work. Even my RN said they’re legit, so I gave it a shot. I hadn’t backed up my phone to the cloud, and I was worried about losing all my contacts, apps, and photos. But when Nathan handed me my fixed phone, everything was there, just like he promised! I couldn’t believe it!
Then, I brought in my friend’s phone—it was bent and cracked, and they told me straight up they couldn’t guarantee a fix. But they did it again! They fixed his phone too! I had already bought a $300 backup phone from Walmart because I didn’t believe uBreakiFix would work, and now I’m keeping that as a spare.
