“Dark and dingy. Comfort Suites brand hotel. Not a fan! Says dog friendly but they are not. Front staff was condescending at check in. Charged $40 for my dog. Only stayed 1 night.Please note dog fee was not issue. It is the inconsistency between Comfort Inn & Suites brand and the staff. See response below that further shows the condescending attitude.Better staff & cleaner hotels in area by mall that charge same pet fee.”
