“I wish every Kohls was as well organized and clean as this one! They had a great selection of clothes for me and my toddler. Today I went in for just a couple items but want to go back and shop! All the staff that passed me greeted me and were so kind. The lady at checkout was so nice and went the few extra steps to make sure I didn’t leave with a sensor on my jacket. 10/10 recommend this store!!”

I had to do a return for Amazon purchase and was told I could do it at Kohl's and I went it was so easy, great customer service and it was done in less than a minute! Plus I did not get out of the store cause I found some great dresses and some awesome sales that I had to purchase and when I went up to the register I was greeted by Leslie and she heard me talking to the customer behind me about doing a Amazon return and she ask me, do I have the receipt because I could get a percentage off and I said yes! It was awesome cause she let me know when she didn't have to, but she did. Great customer service all the way around!!!

Briana is such a warm and welcoming young lady. Her friendly smile ? can brighten a person's day. From the moment I walked in she greeted me with hergreat smile and showed eagerness to assist me. I have to add she is great at multitasking as well by helping me and others that were waiting at the same time.
This store location is like no other that I've shopped at. Amazon returns at the front of the store rather than the back is a very good idea, thank you. Your store is bright, neat and organized. Other store managers should see your store and and mirror theirs to yours. Great job.”

“I visited the Flower Mound location to do some clearance shopping and so glad I did, found some great deals.
But most importantly I met and employee named Mary Ell - whom is awesome by the way.
Mary is so friendly, caring, kind, customer focused, detail oriented and has a very pleasant and positive attitude which is warm and welcoming.
She assisted with 1 of my purchased and 2 separate returns and she was great. I watched her interact with all customers at both the register and while putting back carts/baskets up front and she is so caring.
We chit-chatted each time and she just brought a smile to my face each time. Please commend Mary Ell for an outstanding job!

“Richard at the JCPenney Photo Studio did an amazing job with my graduation photos. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that he genuinely loves what he does. He brought so much enthusiasm and professionalism to the session, which immediately made me feel comfortable in front of the camera.
Since it was just me for the session, I was a little unsure how the photos would turn out, but Richard guided me through everything. He gave great direction on poses, adjusted the lighting and angles perfectly, and made sure every shot looked its best. His attention to detail and eye for photography really showed.
What stood out the most was his passion for his work. He truly cared about getting great photos and making the experience enjoyable. The whole session felt relaxed, fun, and very professional.
If you are taking graduation photos or booking a session at the JCPenney Photo Studio, I highly recommend asking for Richard. He is an excellent photographer and made the experience a great one.”

“If you have not shoped Walmart, why? They have just about everything and at great prices without sacrificing quality. When we moved to the area Walmart was the closest place to shop. Now I start there and go to the other stores to fill in. Not everything is the best price and you will need to do your homework. For meat I shop either Kroger or HEB for the sales only.
Specials are posted on Wednesday.Ajw sure to get the Walmart app so you get updates on all the sales. The store is open layout wide isles and wheel chair friendly. Produce is always fresh and readily available.”
“Target refunded me. The reason I gave you a five is The tires are mislabeled. THEY ARE NOT 1/24 SCALE. Wouldn't have ordered them if they were labeled correctly. My invoice say ......1/24 scale they are not. Wasted our time and money.”

“I am at the Lewisville Walmart Supercenter, replacing a damaged tire. The recent winter weather has certainly made it difficult to get my choice of a replacement tire shipped to me at the store. It just arrived earlier today and I came to the store to see if I could pick up the tire. Tranyla Jackson went out of her way to locate my incoming purchase and arrange for an immediate installation. “Overall it is a good walmart. It has empty shelves from time to time. Name brand products are not always easy to find in a marketing scheme to force you to purchase walmart brand instead. But that is common in most stores these days.”

Patiently waited for her to smile and her pictures turned out amazing. “I went into Sephora a few days ago a little nervous as I rarely use make up and needed a complete set of everything including being color matched for a really big event I was attending.
Not too many customers in the store and Sam was moving from Person to person. I told her I needed to be color matched. She asked me a few questions on skin type and skin care and BAM first one she picked was a perfect match.
She took the time to help me pick Everything I needed…. Took the time to explain what the product was and why she recommended it. Explained the return policy. She was very helpful and amazing.
Just wanted to say thankyou to Sam and I got tons of compliments at the event.”

“This is a huge store, and they have just about everything. Today I needed a chefs apron, and wandered throughout the store looking for one. I asked several employees for help, and eventually two of them rose above the rest. The first, a middle-aged man, took up the challenge and joined me in the search. The apron was not in the kitchen or BBQ section, but the man was undaunted. He found a very intelligent employee (maybe management,) who suggested we check the seasonal Dad's and Grads section. Right there on an end cap we hit gold - colorful, delightful grilling aprons. I was so happy that I bought two.”
