She shattered her iPhone 8 screen and we had exactly 100 on cash, in taxes it was 108, but they said if we gave them a review they would cover it. They fixed the screen perfectly and in like 30 minutes, they also gave her a screen protector if we gave them a review. 10/10 would go again”

“Went in to get my screen replaced. Filed the claim through tmobile and set up my appointment online. When I walked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had everything fixed and ready to go within the estimated time frame they gave me, so there wasn't any unnecessary standing around and waiting. Very quick and well done screen replacement. Its been a few days and everything is working 100% on my phone. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“Giving 5 stars to this location specifically for the rep Karl! Came in with an issue with 3 iPhones and he resolved it like a champ! He’s got great sales skills and succeeded in making me as a customer feel at ease. He went out of his way, took unconventional means to resolve other issues I had without asking. It was disappointing to hear another representative “correct” him publicly because he didn’t follow “a standard,” and was also unkind in her remarks towards him. The customer service was friendly and professional....I'm not sure what more you could want from this sort of business....I was really pleased.”

Talk about service!I’m always super wary about these “phone repair” places but I needed my Samsung phone screen repaired and wanted to call around for the best deals.Hitech Wireless is new to the area (they moved from their 7-year Coppell brick and mortar) and when I called, they offered me prices at LEAST 1/4 LESS than everyone else!! On top of that, the owner even offered to pick up and drop off my phone! I ended up visiting them at the store in Music City Mall (upstairs across from the food court) and I was beyond impressed by the repair, their knowledge AND their service! These people are truly genuinely caring and wonderful!They went above and beyond for me and I paid wayy less for the repair! I will be telling everyone about them!”

However, I was extremely impressed when I entered the Corinth AT&T. Mason quickly comprehended my issue and immediately knew how to handle it. Went above and beyond to assure my account was the way it needed to be and that this would not happen further. He's so intelligent at his job. I think he is the best multi tasked worker I’ve ever met but that did not cause lack of detail. He’s very thorough, friendly, and fast.
