Old cell phone died & service provider recommended I check with CPR (Cell Phone Repair) for a possible repair. Sam at CPR did all that was possible, but the old phone was dead. Went back service provider & rep suggested I purchase a replacement phone from CPR vs thru them. I've had some questions about new phone & everyone at CPR are Always Very helpful & courteous - especially Sam!!! 5 stars are not enough for CPR & Sam.”
“I have been looking for someone who could help me with my IPod for several years. Finally the site came up for CPR and the location in Flower Mound Texas stated they worked on this product. Part was ordered and received in two days as promised. I took it in for part replacement and it was quickly completed. I was very happy with the whole process.”

Unknown to us, my wife’s plan has insurance and the associate, Naomi, was incredibly helpful in alerting us and letting us use her tablet to process the claim. “Zachary was so helpful today. I had had a crazy day and had been 3 different verizon stores today. The first store was a good experience but they didn't have the phone that I needed. When I got to the store that had the phone, they told me that they had transferred all my data over to my new phone. They had not. Had so many issues trying to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone went to my third store. That's where zachary was.And he was absolutely amazing and very helpful.
