My branch manager, Monique, and Alejandra, and Iliana have always made a personal attempt to push personalized customer service! I’m so glad that I made the transition. But I do have one question for upper management, why is it when I go to the main branch in the refrigerator there are all the coke products but the local branch only offers water??? It would be nice to have a beverage assortment at my local branch as well 😊”
