But if you did start it, Home Depot is where that journey would begin. I was recently here a few times grabbing heavy duty extension cords and power strips so that we can re do our power distribution system for our racing team. After a few years of racing and traveling, our current cables and outlets used in conjunction with our generator were all beat up. It was time for some new stuff. And I was glad to help out the team by acquiring it all. It helps too that I'm the only one that gets military discounts, and Home Depot offers military discount, so it's a win win. I could help out the team, and do so cheaper than if they went to do it alone. Anyways, go get everything you need for that new project, or just go wander the isles and get lost in day dreams of what could be done. Well stocked shelves. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Decent hours of operation. Military discounts.”

“Old fashion place were you have to stand in one long line to check out! Nothing compared to a Home Depot or Lowe's, but something's better than nothing when in need for home repair products. The cashier woman doesn't know english, so if you don't know spanish, you'll have difficulty.”

“Had a great experience today with Joe on the flooring section. He was super helpful and noticed I liked a specific vinyl floor for my bathroom and did not have them in the store but after going through his phone he stated that they had actually received a load but they were pending to bring them down tonight. He asked if I wanted to wait till tomorrow but unfortunately I couldn’t make the trip again. We went with another choice but thankful that he even mentioned it. Great customer service!”

“Working with these guys was a bit of a gong show, however, I am giving this company 5 stars 'cause they volunteered to fix the issue. I called this company initially to get leads on a ladder bracket that was needed to fix a ladder. The first lady that I spoke with was very helpful in providing their part number so that I could call Home Depot to order the part. I called Home Depot with the part number and they initiated the call on my behalf to Werner to order the part that I needed. After Home Depot themselves were on hold with Werner for an hour they finally reached someone by the name of Rose who informed Home Depot that the part number that was initially provided to them did not exist. Of course Home Depot called me back to inform me. I was naturally furious as I myself was on the phone with Werner for an hour just to get the part number only to be told that the number I was given was invalid. I called Werner back. At this time I've invested over 2 hrs going back and forth between myself and Werner and Home Depot. When I called back I reached the same lady who reconfirmed the part number that I was to give to Home Depot, the same number. I also explained to her that Rose had rejected Home Depots order calling the part number invalid. The lady put me on hold and 15 minutes later came back on the line and told me that they were going to ship the part to me direct from Werner free of charge for my trouble. I received the brackets the other day.”
