“I've been banking at this Wells Fargo for over 10 years and I usually stop by this location when I'm over on this side of town for lunch or during Lunar New Year for the crisp $$. The people here are usually pretty friendly and the drive thru is ammaaaazzzing! I'm from the west coast and had never seen a drive thru for a bank! Usually it's just walking into a bank and seeing a person through a piece a glass. They didn't have glass at this location before but they've added that a couple of years ago. I had an issue with my account recently and Edgar really went above and beyond to help me fix it. He totally got involved to figure out what happened and called me a couple of days later to let me know everything was resolved/taken care of. Awesome customer service!”
