“This was a rad experience. Getting to and from the rental place was a bit intimidating, but adjusting Google maps to avoid highways helped A LOT. The guys at the shop were really friendly and getting out the door was a breeze.

“I was devastated when my brand new 2024 Nissan was damaged in an auto accident. I was beyond frustrated from dealing with the at fault parties insurance. The dealership where I bought my car recommended Eagle to repair my car since they are Nissan certified. I called Eagle to let them know I would be using them for the repair work. I was so frustrated and upset with the at fault parties insurance adjuster that I was in tears. It was my good fortune that I was transferred to Mr. David Hicks that day. He was the absolute best. He reassured me that he would take it from here and that I could relax and let Eagle handle all the details. David and Veronica went above and beyond to get my car repaired in a timely manner. They were so patient and kind and treated it as if it were their car. When my car was returned it looked and drove like brand new again. I did have to take it back in a month later because the headlight they replaced wasn’t working and the center console had a gap where it was separating but David greeted me like an old friend and took care of getting everything repaired. While I waited for the repairs I had a chance to watch other customers come in to pick up their vehicles and watch how the staff interacted with each person. It was so nice to see how every, single customer was treated so well and how they all left happy and smiling. This truly is a superbly run, customer service oriented establishment that does superior work. I would use them for any repair I may have in the future!”
“They did a great job replacing my front bumper, fit and finish was perfect. They used V&V paint shop to get the new bumper color match, it came great.
Best place for an oil change, they wash my car inside and out, and, the lounge has comfy chairs.”

Mike got us started with the initial contact and then Gus saw us through the rest of our experience. Gus was incredibly helpful, gracious, and highly available throughout the couple of days we rented. We can't thank you all enough - our daughter was absolutely over the moon for this car, and I selfishly enjoyed the heck out of driving this amazing car around the neighborhood! “I had a great experience with National Rental Car. I picked up from IAH and returned to vehicle to Fort Sill, (Lawton airport). When I arrived at IAH, because I'm a preferred member with Alamo, I didn't even have to stop at the counter. Went right upstairs, jumped in the vehicle and pulled out. The lady at the exit and I struck up a conversation about education (I'm a school teacher), and we had the best conversation. Everyone was great - the customer service is A1.”

“had a fantastic experience with both Shar and Erin at the Houston Hobby Airport location.
Shar was the one who helped me get my rental vehicle, and the process could not have been easier. She went above and beyond by giving me great advice on which areas are safe, where to eat, and where to have a good time during my stay. She was warm, personable, and we even bonded because her son is joining the military and I served for about eight years myself. I was able to share some advice and experiences, and it truly felt like talking to a friend, not just a rental agent.
Erin was my return agent, and she made that process just as smooth. She was super nice, extremely helpful, and even caught that I had left a few items in the vehicle—something I tend to do since I’m forgetful. Her attentiveness and hospitality really stood out.
Both Shar and Erin represent Alamo/National with professionalism and genuine care for customers. I left feeling taken care of, and I highly recommend this location!”

“TJ and Jimena are probably some of the best car rental customer service representatives I've ever had the pleasure to encounter. Not only did these 2 go above and beyond for my personal service, it was the same amazing service for about 5-6 customers that came in either before or after me. The way they were able to seamlessly cater to either a Uber rental or a normal rental was second to none. Even when rentals were unavailable due to the vehicle recall shortage or just a limited inventory, TJ when above and beyond to get customers needs met and just being transparent and thorough all the way for each customer's reservation. I'd come all the way from the other side of the city to work with these 2 individuals. Avis, keep them on your team and happy has long as you can. They are what make companies great!”
