“Branch manager is absolutely awesome! She must be in love! I went to the location on grand parkway yesterday to check on my debit card that kept declining the purchases, lady there told me it was good, nothing wrong with it. I tried to use it at a grocery store store and it still declined on me which was not good, I had to leave my groceries at he counter. Today I came here to my very preferred location and the branch manager told me the card was not active so that why I was not able to use it. After a couple clicks on her computer, she brought my card to life. That means a lot.

“UPDATE --- Offer has been honored?A few days ago, I opened up the mobile app and it stated I qualified to have my vehicle refinanced at a lower rate and lower monthly payment. I think oh that's great so I apply. Fast forward a week later and I'm informed that I don't qualify - also, my vehicle value was insufficient. This needs to definitely be changed. Not only was I denied, but now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report!!”
