“The facility is great, it’s clean, fun, and professional. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. There was zero ego from anyone from their staff or guests. It was encouraging. Coach Natalie was my coach for my first time there. She knew exactly what to do. I got one of the best workouts I had in a long time from her. She took care of me the whole way. Normally I used to do only high intensity Cardio And go until my heart is beating out of my chest. It makes you not want to go. Here this is day two, and my legs are still sore. Without murdering my body. That’s the best way to get gains and maintain them. It was a perfect balance of challenge and ease. I highly recommend this place and especially coach Natalie.”

“I’m fairly new to the gym I’m on my 3rd week. It does take some time to get use to some of the exercises especially if you haven’t worked out in a long time. trainers are very nice and professional. They make sure that you are doing your workouts right. I have a no doubt I’ll reach my goals!! The more I go the easier it gets.”

“Crew Fitness is such a great place for a workout! I've taken classes with Marcia and Rachel, and had a blast with both. They greet all of the members by name when you arrive at the studio, and make sure you are comfortable with all of the movements and machines for that day's workout. I love how the workout incorporates rowing and biking for cardio, but also has a strength component with dumbbells. Every class has been different, and challenging. All of the movements are easily scaled and modifiable to your choosing. I highly recommend Crew Fitness for your next workout!”

“I’ve been a part of the Frank’s Fitness Fam for over one year now. After winning a membership in a silent auction for my son’s JROTC, I started going. It’s a hidden gem right of Jones Road. The gym itself has everything you need - from equipment to dumb bells, and even TRX bands. I wasn’t sure how I felt about it being 24 hours but it’s always been clean, locked, and safe as there are cameras.

I decided to sign up for personal training and haven’t looked back. There aren’t classes as Frank takes a personalized approach on Fitness. Coming from F45 where it was kinda rushed and I didn’t get to lift heavy, I like that and have seen better results.

He’s credentialed in woman’s fitness & corrective exercise which has been very helpful for me. His background in the military also helps as he’s gonna ensure you’re held accountable and will check in. There’s definitely something about community that makes a gym successful and I think that’s part of what will drive results.

You’re not going to find intimidating vibes here. There are definitely regulars but they have all been inviting in my experience.

If you’re looking to get stronger without injuring yourself, this is your spot!”

“I recently joined this gym about two weeks ago, and I’m already so impressed! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I need—whether it’s cardio, strength training, or free weights.
I really appreciate the positive atmosphere here. Everyone seems motivated, but it’s never intimidating—perfect balance for someone starting fresh. The classes are a great bonus too, and I can already feel myself getting into a solid routine.

“Started here on a two week trial and just bought a package. I love the efficiency of f45 and the hospitality of the staff at this location! Each coach encourages you and I appreciate that they correct your form when needed (that’s super important). The cooldown part at the end of the workout is awesome too. When I did f45 many years ago that wasn’t built into the program and I like it.
F45 is efficient and it’s a great way for me to ease back into group training after a 6 month hiatus !
Coach Paul is the best ! Great attitude, makes sure your form is right , and he pushes you to get one more rep or calorie in when you’re ready to quit !
Make sure you give yourself time to find parking bc it can be tight especially on a Saturday.”
