“I stopped in for a garage door spring. They had what I needed. The salesperson was extremely helpful. He made sure I knew exactly what to do and added some helpful hints. I can repair most anything, so I decided to give it a try. Their YouTube video was spot on. It calls to be extremely careful, due to the winding of the spring. They made the replacement very easy. I hope I do not need them again, but will make the 40 mile drive if I need to. Thanks P4GD!!”

Mary greeted me in arrival and took me straight to where I needed to go. Not only was she knowledgeable about the service I needed ( getting keys made) but welcoming as well. She made me feel like I was right at home. And I also didn’t know this store was the biggest Ace in the state!!!! Wow. I took time to look around and check it out. Mary, job well done!”
“They have a good variety of Microlife products for organic lawn and gardening, at a GREAT price. Nice and helpful staff/ owners who will greet you every time and make sure you find what you need. They will also help you place an order if the items are not available in store. Clean parking lot with plenty of spaces. Definitely my go to place for high quality organic fertilizers and compost.”
“My wife and I called Ross when our backyard sunroom door broke. We called three different suppliers and Ross was by far the most detailed-focus, and caring. Their Installers team showed up today and did an amazing job: careful, friendly, helpful and made sure our door was perfectly fixed. All of this is truly a sign of a family-owned company that still cares about its customers, employees and what their business is all about.
No one else will ever touch our glass but Ross and his team.

“Favorite hardware store. Somehow this place is the fraction of the size of home Depot or Lowe's, but has everything I always need. I wouldn't recommend using their knife sharpening service though. It feels like my knives are not sharp at all. It couldn't even cut through the paper that they put it in afterwards. I wish I would have checked if they were sharp when I was at the store”

“BlessingZ on us all....Was talking with my dad about a rotor stud nut I needed on a 12K trailer. He told me about Bayou City Bolt and Supply and said if they don't have it God didn't want you to have it. ? The service here was a plus plus starting from the back @ will call. Sergio took a good look @, quick drawed that bolt gauge and took off. Aaron was returning with aiding another customer and was a breath of fresh air. We spoke of kicking the week in the ass and the things we aimed to do. A cool dude, chip off the old block shoutout to Fernando the OG. A+ Abraham and Outstanding Otoniel up front finished off my great visit to a real staple and standout here in our lovely city of Houston.God Bless all the staff and their Families @ BCBS!

“Always neat to take friends in to this store, as they have the things you used to find in Hardware stores "of the past". Big box stores carry mainstream items mostly which is good but this store is just a reminder of days past. Neat to look around too. They were the only place I could find a large metal funnel for my Halloween outfit of a "Tin Man"........ everyone els had plastic ones. But seen other things there that are hard to find as well. Worth the trip. Even have things outside to look at, dare I say yard art, haa.”

Since I am maturing, I promised myself more wheels in my life, instead of using my back. I have been looking for a garden utility cart with at least 10 inch wheels. Low and behold Harbor Freight beat everyone out!
In the store. I ran across the manager, Cole, and told him I would need help getting the item off the shelf and loaded. (Recovering from being "under the weather"!). He said no problem and got me the help I needed. The store was busy, but Cole's team kept the line moving!!! Nick was the young man who checked me out, very personable and helpful with loading my car. I only had to pull up close to the door. This visit was most definitely an A-1 visit!!!??”

“I finally decided to take the plunge and transition to cordless power tools. After many hours of watching YouTube videos, I decided for my use a hobbies mainly work on my airplane, I chose Bauer. As a Foundation I bought their $200 multi unit kit. It all seems good so far however, the battery charge that came with the kit be working properly. I took it back the manager the meter store in Houston was greatly helpful. His name is Michael. However, to exchange that one part I’m having to go back out to my workshop. Get the Hohl kits contest and bring them up to exchange. Maybe I should’ve known that but I just grabbed the one piece that was giving me problemsanyway it’s a bit of a nuisance, but if that’s the worst thing that happens to me today I’m gonna count my blessings.”

“What a great place!! It reminds me of those hardware stores from those little towns where customer service is their top priority! Mr. James Cho helped me out and was able to find out if my Ryobi Leaf blower and vaccum was still under warranty. It was! He helped me talk to Ryobi and they sent me a new leaf/vaccum! I was thrilled! Very professional and I would recommend them!”

“When you run out of options at name brand stores, there's always a gem like this in a city. Came to Morrison Supply Company to get pipe insulation foam. I could not find them in home Depot and Lowe's; they had run out. This place had them in stock and in all sizes. I did not shop for anything else at the store but it looks like they have supplies for all kinds of pipe related things.”
