Journeys has a very nice and helpful staff. Employees are polite, patient, and kind, especially when attending to teenagers and children. They are knowledgeable about the products and work hard to find specific items for customers. The crew is appreciated for making shoe purchases easy. While most associates have a great attitude, there was an instance where a conversation between coworkers was noted as non-professional. Overall, customers report good service and a willingness to return to the store.
Found my shoes quite discounted. The help was great. No much wait. Shop is well stocked.

Ms. Rhonda was very nice to my teenage daughter, patiently attending to whatever my daughter would want to purchase. Whenever my three daughters left the store they were amazed how polite Ms. Rhonda was my daughter’s also said Rhonda was pretty also.
