Planetary Cycles is a fantastic and great shop with an incredible and most pleasant experience. The staff are super helpful, very knowledgeable, friendly, and provide fantastic and excellent customer service and communication. They are informative and understand racing. The shop carries more brands than any bike shop in the Houston area. They offer great service for repairs and tune-ups, doing work in a timely manner and providing advice on options. For new bikes, they ensure a correct fit by watching you ride outside and making adjustments, even offering free follow-up adjustments. The trade-in process is super easy. They also fix your first flat for free. Prices cannot be beat. Overall, it is an amazing shop with highly recommended service for all bike needs, whether for a new bike, custom build, or repair.
Adam and 'the gang' are knowable, and informative. Even when the problem is operator error!!! (heavy handed shifting ) , they got to work on it ,ordered the right parts to fix it, and for a fair price. Thank you !!!!! Edit: I enjoyed my first trike so much... I bought a second one from Adam !!!

They got my bike ready for me to ride when I had no idea what I was doing.They also got the brakes situated. I wanted to buy something just as a thank you and they installed the water cage for the bike as well. Excellent service and very friendly.

I had a very good experience with this shop. I bought a mountain bike, which was well-adjusted and prepared for immediate use. I also received some recommendations and advice. I highly recommend this shop.
