WSS has been offering affordable shoes for the whole family for over 39 years, featuring more than 3,000 styles from brands like Jordan, Nike, adidas, Vans, Converse, and Puma. The stores are large and open, making it easy to browse and find casual and athletic shoes for men, women, and kids. Customers appreciate the wide variety of shoes, including tennis shoes, and praise the great customer service, often receiving help immediately. Many mention the friendly and award-winning staff, with some returning multiple times for their excellent assistance. The selection of shoes is loved by shoppers, who find the prices competitive. However, some reviews note that the location is unsafe, with issues like car break-ins in the parking lot, which affects the overall experience. Overall, WSS is known for its good selection and helpful staff.
The cashier was very helpful and kind. My only issue is I only came in to pick up an order and they have a great deal when you enter the store. They had a great selection of shoes on the sale event. I didn’t need to buy any more shoes.
