“Jonathan was so helpful! He should definitely get a raise or promotion. I was probably there for a good three hours maybe more and he patiently and kindly help me set up my new phone, transferred everything over for me, even helped me change my email for my iCloud which had been a bad email for years now, and helped me transfer my very old Apple Watch to my new phone. Plus a slew of other things I needed done. I came in with a laundry list of things I needed done and I left with everything done and a smile on my face!”
“Shout out to the costumer service reps Sam and Calvin!! I visited this location for the first time March 29th I was greeted immediately by Calvin. I was having issues with my phone Calvin was able to help file a claim and get a new phone via ins. I returned a few days later to get help switching from old phone to new one. I was greeted by Sam, she got the phones set up and got the info transferred to new phone. Thanks Calvin and Sam!!”
