Rather than charging me or taking advantage of the situation (I don’t know anything about cars) the guy in the front was super helpful and told me to take it back to where my oil was changed. He didn’t charge me anything for the diagnosis either. I appreciate the man’s candor.”

“I had to get new breakpads for my car, they did a full inspection and they suggested other stuff but I ask just to do the the break pads and they proceeded and did it fast and efficiently (maybe because they were about to close lol) They don't scam you or try to convince you to buy other stuff. They help you with what you actually need and work with your budget. After I got my work done I actually tested and i feel the difference. I'm thankful with their job, in fact I might ask them for the oil change for my 2 cars”

He walked me through what to watch for and if it happened again, bring it in and they would take care of it. Also, their quote was much less than the other well known shop. He also pointed out some other items and some helpful tips to maintain the vehicle. I will be using them for everything moving forward.”

“Jose went above and beyond in maintaining excellent customer service. He gave me so much direction. He is a wealth of knowledge. Not to mention that he performs meticulous master mechanic workmanship, with fair pricing, and he was very timely!
He is a genuinely honest mechanic (which we all know is rare). For example, when I asked about other things I thought I needed to have done (as was told by the dealerships), he didn't try and take advantage of my ignorance. He educated me and told me what was in my best interest and that those things didn't need to be completed at the moment.
He deserves more than 5 stars. I wish I could give him 10. Also, just for people to know, I am not a robot, I am not related to him, nor did I know him until I went by his shop for the first time to change my suspension. So please, be assured, that what I am telling you is real and truthful!”
