“After shopping for a mattress at other brand stores we ended up at this store, close to home. Marc was very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices were in line with others we had seen, So we made our purchase. The day after our purchase and prior to delivery we had questions that Mgr Ben answered since Marc was off that day. We have not had delivery yet, but would expect good service.”

“One of the best customer service experience I have had in 12years. I’m Moving into a new home and buying everything new for the bedroom. I had heard about their quantum natural mattresses (GREAT mattress for those who have autoimmune issues). Jesse was very personable, professional and super knowledgeable of the mattresses I looked at and he explained the dynamics and differences of all the mattresses. My boyfriend and I enjoyed his exciting energy about his products and his company. He worked out a perfect payment plan for me to purchase what I really wanted. We truly enjoyed doing business with Jesse. My friend recommended this store and I’m soooo glad I went there. Plus, the 2 guys that delivered it were prompt, communicative and I had to chuckle at how happy they were (just like Jesse was in the store) You don’t see many people with a smile on their face. You could tell they really liked their job. What an amazing company to do business with.”

“I had an informative and comfortable experience with Jason and CeCe. They are extremely knowledgeable about sleep number beds vs other options including tempurpedic which I’m replacing! Stop in and rest awhile on the Matress of your choice! I typically lie on a mattress for 2 hours a couple of times before making a purchase! A good nights sleep 💤 is priceless and shouldn’t be a rushed decision. They were patient and helpful!”

Candice was another big help for us today. She really took the time out of her day to call concora to resolve an issue on my credit. I had a charge of $300 on my credit that has been pending since January of 2026. Because of this, we could not use the $300 that was rightfully ours. I previously tried to get it removed myself but wasn’t able to do so. She called and got the charge removed! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!”
