I am 80 years old. I love technology but I am not fast at it. Gonzalo and Samantha at the 7110 FM1960 store in Humble TX were incredibly helpful and patient as I picked my new phone and we transferred my data.. They did have other customers, but they still found time for me. Thanks folks.
