“I purchased sandals that cost $215.42...they are pretty but hurt my feet. I just found receipt...and it's day 38..receipt says refunds within 30 days...I was only able to wear them 3 times..after that I couldn't. The sales lady was great, store clean and great location. I am lost at what to do...I know in this time we are in some of these business are struggling and will not assist in refund. I've never paid $215.42 for shoes. I had 3 kids and they came first.”

“My favorite Dillard’s store for over 10 years!!! Always great customer service and friendly people! I was running late and the site was closed. And I asked a guy if the door to the parking area could be open. And he said yes and opened the doors for me. I didn’t realize that he needed to unlock three doors… honestly I wouldn’t disturb him… i apologized but he was so friendly and said no problem … one of the reasons I come here for shopping even when I moved to downtown Fort Worth. Thank you so much! Your loyal customer :)”

“We went to the mall to buy a pair of Heelys for our child. We stopped in Journeys and ask one of the associates (his name is Samson) if they had this particular brand and he said he would have to check because they were not on display. We left and went to the store right in front of Journeys and when we got out of the other store Samson was already looking for us to let us know he found some Heelys in the back. He made our child’s day! He brought some pairs, helped our child decide which pair to buy and overall had an amazing experience with this young man. He has great customer service skills,”

Associate brought box's of Crocs, ladies, girls, boys sizes as I sat, for trying on. Only wear Crocs indoors, (foot drop AKO) Choosing economical price. Located Croc from Clearance and SurfsUp FlipFlop Clearance for Under $50. Awesome!!!”

“Yet another trendy mall store with clothes for men and women, heavy on surfing and skate brands, California nods, and a section devoted to styles that throw back to the movie Clueless. Tilly's reminds me a bit of Pacsun, only with more diversity and some better looks. Beyond that, there was not much remarkable about it from my perspective. Service was as expected. The store was clean and well organized and prices true to market. They had some cool denim shorts with drawstrings I liked. On the girls side, a section had colorful wool skirts and tops with plaid and argyle. A jeans brand I did not recognize seemed to dominate. Fun stuff! Make sure to visit the back section for 30% and 50% off items. This area was picked over, of course.”
“It was two days before Christmas, you guys were ridiculously busy, and Xavier was SO KIND SO PATIENT SO HELPFUL, he was on his BREAK! The man was on break and he still helped a line full of folks, expediting the checkout process and hunting every customers shoe down and fulfilling every single request! I was so impressed and I truly needed that type of detailed work ethic specifically that day. Thank you to Xavier and the whole finish line team!! I love this place!! I just went back today and once again Xavier helped me find my boyfriends size thirteen shoe!!!”
“It's Friday evening and I needed to get some shoes for my son before Monday. After going to several stores at the Mall including Foot Locker and still empty handed we came across CHAMPS a shoe store. Immediately we were greeted by an associate and offered us some assistance. Right away we held three pairs of shoes to choose from. We made a choice and purchased a pair of shoes.
Finding more than one pair of shoes that fits at one location doesn't usually happen. But it did here at CHAMPS located inside the Northeast Mall. What was more surprising was the price we paid was much less than the other competitors. I highly recommend trying Champs. Excellent customer service, a good selection of shoes at a good price. We feel like a Champ. Thank you.”
“Very very helpful associates. Soft spoken gentleman with the short dark hair whom I believe is the manager is an absolute delight. Very kind swapped out clearance shoes for the right size for me and just is all around super helpful every time I go in. Hes also there every single time I go in and is always working super diligently and can multitask like ive never seen before all while being very polite. Give him a raise or someone else will poach him lol”
“My husband and I were taking turns standing in line for pictures with Santa. My feet were hurting , I found a great pair of comfortable indoor/outdoor slippers . As I was getting ready to cash out I saw they had a great deal on some socks, so we got those as well. The lady was extremely helpful, courteous and kind.”
