“I got too fat and the zipper on my Rock Revival shorts packed up and left! I met with Louise and she was very communicative and went over the process and timeline for getting a new zipper sewed on. The new zipper looks great but I'll need to lose weight before trying them on again.
As someone who's worked in customer service for almost 20 years, I can tell y'all that this was top notch service. Now if only I could stop eating Tiff's Treats :/”
“The customer service at this location (Round Rock) is on another level, superb. I don't know much about boots, I walked into the store, and I was greeted by a smiling face. Roman answered all of my questions. He wasn't pushy or forceful. He patiently worked with me, helping me find a great pair of boots. I walked out with 2 pairs. I will be returning.

“I’ve been coming to the studio for over six months, and it’s been an amazing experience. The instructors and owner are respectful, welcoming, and foster a real sense of community. I’ve never felt this included at a studio before.
The workouts are empowering and challenging, combining stretching, flexibility, resistance, toning, and weights. We push through it together, and laugh too, which makes it all worth it.
The studio environment is safe, and the area outside feels secure, even for women coming early or late. Parking is usually available, but I recommend arriving early. The studio is disciplined with their rules, which I really appreciate. Arriving early gives you time to settle in and pick your space.
This place has truly become a part of my life, I can’t recommend it enough!”

“This second hand store offered a good variety of clothing in many sizes. Prices are reasonable as much of the clothing appears new. It's difficult to even see indications on many items that they even have any wear at all. This looks like a great place to visit frequently to see what new gems have come into stock.
They have a couple of dressing rooms so no need to guess if something is right for you.”

They were both super sweet and helped me find some Monster High Funko Pops in the store :) The store itself is always clean when I go in and has a great selection to choose from!”

“The day was Friday and the time was 5:02 PM. I was traveling out of town from Houston. My father-in-law had just passed away, and I was instructed to pick up of flowers for my mother-in-law, on behalf of my neighbors. I stumble upon this charming town of Taylor Texas. My thought was surely there is a florist here. After a quick Google search, I found Dee’s. I saw that they had closed at 5:00, But I was desperate, and I decided to take the chance. The sweetest lady answered and told me to come on by. Together her and I picked out flowers for the floral arrangement. She did not mind that I kept her after closing time. Her kindness and helpfulness is something I will not forget. Most people will shut the door right at closing time, if not a few minutes early (especially on a Friday). My mother-in-law was very touched by the beautiful floral arrangement. The lady that helped me say that she is Dee‘s daughter. Thank you very much! ?”

“Katy was so helpful in the hat department. She had ways to help hats fit that weren’t fitting quite right. They have an awesome hat decorating bar where you can have a party for a $50 deposit that goes toward your hat decorations. Branding, decorations, etc. the clothes are really cute. Lots of unique pieces that could add to any wardrobe. Super fun place and will be back!”
“I always come to this location since I moved here. Maybe a month ago, I gave them one of my purses to send off for repair. I was super nervous because there was no tracking and I was told the process could take up to 7 weeks. Fast forward to yesterday and my purse was repaired and returned. Thanks so much to the lady at the register that helped me!!”

“It's a massive store with a lot of options, but it can definitely feel a little overpriced at times. It's best to make good use of the sales when they come around. Though bear in mind that there are some clothes made of low-quality polyester that can be bought for cheaper on places like Amazon and are absolutely not worth the price tag; I would advise being very discerning with your purchases. There are diamonds in the rough, and rough amongst the diamonds.”
