I have a Samsung phone. A week or so ago they had an upgrade. Since then, when I am writing a text msg, each time I press a key, the phone tells me the name of the letter I just pressed. If I turn the volume down, I can't hear the phone ring.
After I explained this to Mohammed, he knew what setting to change. I asked him what it would cost. He told me. Though it was quite reasonable, I told him I'd have to wait. He then fixed it for free.

I ran by this location after a late meeting and arrived around 7:45pm only 15 minutes until close. The young lady working was not only helpful but stayed well past closing to assist me trying to get all my critical data from old phone to new phone ( pics of my mom who passed 2 weeks ago) and contacts.
