“I stopped by your store on Beltline Rd at 183 in Irving. Mohammed greeted me and offered to help me. Mario from the Spectrum store a few doors down sent me here when he wasn't able to resolve my problem.
I have a Samsung phone. A week or so ago they had an upgrade. Since then, when I am writing a text msg, each time I press a key, the phone tells me the name of the letter I just pressed. If I turn the volume down, I can't hear the phone ring.
After I explained this to Mohammed, he knew what setting to change. I asked him what it would cost. He told me. Though it was quite reasonable, I told him I'd have to wait. He then fixed it for free.

I ran by this location after a late meeting and arrived around 7:45pm only 15 minutes until close.
