“Been going to Jay's food Mart on Gibbs sprawl road and every time I go there I always have a good time the people that are very nice and also they have a coin pushing machine and a couple of video slot machines in there I like to play every once in awhile just to relax and talk to the people in there and they have great customer service”

“This is one of my favorite corner stores to go to off Rittiman.They are awesome about having a quick "in and out" capability in this store. A++ for this place!Place is always clean, Staff is very welcoming to a point where you feel like family. Always has a full stock of items from lottery-food-daily essentials-smoking accessories & more; with all products very reasonably priced ☺️A year ago the timing of employees wasnt accurate to the opening time posted on the front however that has changed to them opening punctually and staying open until the very last minute possible.Again... I will stop by frequently because it's nice to go places where the staff recognize you and make you feel super welcome. Since I'm nonverbal that matters so much. Crazy how the guy that also works at another gas station down the street seems to understand me, even though I don't talk. He pays attention and he has helped me so much. So appreciated✨️???”

“My favorite go to for fill ups on gas or Polar Pops. The crew are always friendly and fast. I really enjoy $5 pizza Friday. I pick up my pizza uncooked and take it home to add lots of toppings and cheese, then 15 minutes at 400 degrees for an extra crispy crust. Feeds the four of us with a green salad. Give it a try.”

“I love being able to buy scratch-off tickets 24/7 through their vending machine.The store and restrooms are always clean, despite having a lot of customers everyday.I gave it 4 stars however because I have never once seen both their drink machines that make frozen chocolate and horchata in-service, & that is my favorite QT item.”

“Don't know her name, but the assistant manager is so friendly and needs to be acknowledged for her customer service it is spot on. I work all the time, so I'm in and out of that store at least once a day, sometimes two, and she is always smiling and cheerful and a very pleasant to interact with. I'm a smoker, and she explains all the prices and deals they are running and the gas isn't too bad..”

“9/7/24 QT employee was taking garbage out and notice a opossum in the trash bin. She notified another employee who quickly took action. He quickly assessed the opossum and determine it was still breathing but hurt. He laid the bin down and opossum started walking out. He grab a trash bag and took it to the woods behind the store. Thank you... opossum don't carry rabies. fyi”
“The employees, God help them, always seem to be cheerful and diligent. Too bad the turn-over rate seems so high. Can't blame the company though. I talk to cashiers. One dude came for like one or shifts and they caught him stealing already! At least wait a few months before you start pilfering!!! Kids today...”

“When I do go to this Valero, it's usually after midnight. The store is always neat and clean, and the employees I just adore at that time of the evening. They always have fresh donuts, so I always get my Bear's claw and my Icee. It is a well stocked store and like I said always very clean. I love it there employees are great!”

“I was in at 5:30 this morning. There was an older guy, customer, at the counter. He was in there chatting up the staff who were so busy working. I could tell the staff were a bit annoyed with him. But they were so kind to him. He would never know they just wanted him to get what he needed and leave. He seemed to know the staff by name. I was super impressed by their patience with this man. Who knows what he’s really going through in life. Those QT employees on duty put a smile on his face. And seemed to bring him joy this morning. I love the vibe today! Great job guys!!!”

“Very large selection of wine, beer, hard seltzer etc, a couple of mini-kegs, local craft beer, some ciders even, and liquor. They also have a pizza stand, hot dogs and sausages on rollers, coffee dispenser, cold brew dispenser, other drinks like tea and fountain drinks. A cigar humidor, paper products, snacks, some sundry type stuff, and some frozen food. Pretty good selection of stuff and well organized, clean, and well-marked.”
