“I came into the store and must say being greeted as I come into the establishment is a lost practice and I appreciate the staff at EZ Pawn to keep the tradition alive. Also I speak very fluent Spanish and trash talking people in a different language than what you're conversing in already is 1. Rude and 2. Disrespectful. Only people only want to play a victim after they strike the iron first. This is my favorite pawn shop. The staff are great... I will be back... Tell the big black guy to save that guitar for me... Didn't had to wait that long.. But as soon I was getting notifications that the order is being ready I was called upon.
Alyssa was helping me setting up the hotspot.. I also called earlier about the availability of the hotspot.

I had shopped at Sara a decade ago, so he was able to skip some stuff based on my previous info. Scheduled the appliances for delivery 2 days later. I got my machines, sale and install were easy. Q put up with my constant nagging and misunderstandings and made me feel appreciated and important. Renoo is the lady that sits in the middle of everything and she too was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

“7-11 gas station employees at 12122 West Rd, Jersey Village, TX 77065 are awesome. The customer service demonstrated from Alauna, Jacody, Amber, and Ramon are astounding. While Amber and Ramon work on weekends, they always have a pleasant attitude.
Amber and Jacody are always nice and greeting customers including myself on a consistent basis as they walk in the store. I go to this location quite often and if I am having a bad day or tired, these individuals perk up my day for the moment with their vibrant attitudes!
Rather I am ordering from the food section, playing the lottery, getting gas, just to name a few, these 4 are always the same person and present great energy. They are an asset to your organization!
