“The cleburne location is very nice and has great service. The one in Burleson refused the cash a check from my own mother days before Christmas then acted like they did me a big favor cashing it after I ended up having to embarrass myself and act a fool. They also informed me that the Burleson location didn't have a branch manager. I go to the cleburne location I refuse to go back to the Burleson location cause they like to humiliate poor people and treat you like they're doing a charitable act by giving you your own money.”

“Where do I start? I absolutely love my Crowley, Tx branch. Lets start off with the fresh, welcoming faces of Pricilla & Veronica. Who are always waiting to put a smile on my face and assist me with whatever I need and more. They are patient and you can tell by their voices, they are happy to service me. Then you have Ms. Annette. She has been the best branch manager of any bank I have ever had an account with. She is the sweetest thing. It doesn't hurt that we share the same birthday lol. She is always available, she is always ready to solve any problem of concern I may have and she gets the job done. She always makes sure the branch smiles good & looks good. When I started with this bank, it was my 1st credit union account and I plan on keeping it that way as long as these ladies are there. These 3 ladies make banking here fun and worry free. “Friendly folks and great service. I was in Florida on vacation when my card was locked up. Was able to call customer service and got someone on the phone in less than 30seconds to help me. You don't get kind of service from a big bank. Will never bank anywhere simply for that fact. After traveling for more than half a day and everything in the world going wrong, I was a jam and they were able to solve my issue immediately. Also, they also recognize my family when we come to the drive thru and give my two boys suckers every time.... I went to Wellsfargo drive thru, where we also had an account, and asked for a s****** I was told they weren't giving out suckers due to the pandemic. That doesn't even make any sense.”
