The young man that assisted me was super nice and professional. Pick up and drop off process was quick. “Availability of vehicle was an issue but I was still able to get the car later that evening. My reservation was for 1pm, but I was told they had no suv's at that time and had to wait till about 5pm. Upon arrival it took longer to get my rental and leave maybe due to short of staff or other issues I'm not sure as there were 3 employees and 2.5 customers there. The only suv available was A jeep with 50 thousand plus miles on it and it was clean but smelled of stinky feet .. The employees were nice/cordial enough but seemed stressed / overwhelmed but then again it was close to closing time This was my first time at this particular location but overall I'd grade an 8/10. This location would not be my first choice though.”

The three of them are truly heaven sent. They really love their job, and they work hard to make sure their customers have the best experience.
