We encountered some snafu, making a possible lengthy wait, but they (thanks, Diego) went all out to get them shipped out and in my hot lil hands before Christmas (I made this a gift to myself, as Christmasaint quite Christmas w the not living in TX and being so far from family). I saved up for these, bc I love how turquoise looks, and they did a phenomenal job! AND they busted their butts to make sure I got them by Christmas. I definitely recommend them, especially if you are buying out of state.”

“I had great service with Fahima, I went it 10-13mins before closing to get my ring cleaned she asked me questions regarding where did I purchase my ring and I informed her where at she was able to look up the account then she also informed me that every 6 months to take my ring to get inspected - I’ve gone to two Helzberg stores ever in my life 3x in a year nobody mentioned to me that I needed to inspect my ring in case in the future my stone ever falls out (I didn’t even know that was possible) she informed me to get it checked out every 6 months and honestly I’m thankful for her because I wouldn’t have known!
Fahima had my ring ready in 5mins and even inspected my ring and told me everything was good!
