“UPDATE: I wanted to come back and update my review after returning to the store. I learned that the store had unexpectedly closed early because an employee had a family emergency and there was no one available to keep the store open. Completely understandable, and just an unfortunate situation all around. I do still wish the employee that night had simply communicated that to me. I tried multiple times to get her attention and was ignored until I finally had to shout through the door to ask what time they closed. A quick explanation that they had an emergency and needed to close early would have completely changed that interaction. That being said, when I returned, the manager was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did he explain what had happened, but I also ended up having an unrelated credit card issue while I was there, and he went above and beyond to help me. Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. He was patient, kind, helpful, and completely turned around what had originally been a very frustrating experience. Things happen, and I can absolutely understand an unexpected emergency. The way the manager handled everything afterward completely rectified the situation and left me feeling MUCH better about my experience with Helzberg.”

I was in/out in 15 min. A few folks working with a designer. Limited jewelry on site, but what they had was gorgeous. I'll be going back soon to have the prongs on my rings checked. So nice that I'd probably leave my rings with them. I've never done that before. Hmmm.”

Friendly staff (owner?) helped me right away, knew exactly what to do and had the exact tools to do the job quickly and easily. Tiny fee charged, happily paid and back out the door within about 10 minutes. Highly recommend and will be going back to them for any future watch issues.”

Another employee was walking around, asking people if they needed help, but kept ignoring me, even though I was looking for someone to help. Finally, I approached her and asked if she could get a necklace for me. She was just very unfriendly throughout the entire transaction, including the sale. I typically shop at the location in City Center and will likely not come back to this location because of that one employee.”
