“I had great service with Fahima, I went it 10-13mins before closing to get my ring cleaned she asked me questions regarding where did I purchase my ring and I informed her where at she was able to look up the account then she also informed me that every 6 months to take my ring to get inspected - I’ve gone to two Helzberg stores ever in my life 3x in a year nobody mentioned to me that I needed to inspect my ring in case in the future my stone ever falls out (I didn’t even know that was possible) she informed me to get it checked out every 6 months and honestly I’m thankful for her because I wouldn’t have known!
Fahima had my ring ready in 5mins and even inspected my ring and told me everything was good!

On the advice of a coworker who purchased wedding rings/bands at CJ David & Co on Mason, I wandered down Mason from the office to the store for a watch battery. The security - expected, but WOW! I was in/out in 15 min. A few folks working with a designer. Limited jewelry on site, but what they had was gorgeous. I'll be going back soon to have the prongs on my rings checked. So nice that I'd probably leave my rings with them. I've never done that before. Hmmm.”

Friendly staff (owner?) helped me right away, knew exactly what to do and had the exact tools to do the job quickly and easily. Tiny fee charged, happily paid and back out the door within about 10 minutes. Highly recommend and will be going back to them for any future watch issues.”
