“Love this store! The prices are very reasonable and the selection of vinyl is phenomenal! They carry a pretty solid collection of shirts (although I really wish they carried sports shirts, like jerseys). The ladies are always super helpful to assist me in finding the appropriate type of vinyl, how much I will need, and the best colors if I have any questions. I don’t do these projects often so I feel like a forever newbie and they are so helpful in every way!!”

She was so sweet and dedicated to making sure I found something that worked for me. ❤️ there was also another lady that worked there, possibly a manager? Who who also had an amazing spirit, and I just love seeing the managers jump in to help their employees and customers ?. I'll be back ?❤️”
“I love online ordering for pickup! They do have curbside available, but I really don't mind the extra steps of walking inside and waiting at the counter for my order. My main concern was not wanting to drive to Alliance only for it to not be in stock, pickup secured my doubts! I saw they have shipping as well which would've been my next choice, thankfully I didn't have to wait for it. I ordered a baby swaddle blanket to help my baby sleep better at night. She's rolling over and getting uncomfortable which wakes herself up again. This swaddle seems to help alleviate that for her! I ordered the fleece material which seems like it would be too hot, but I put her nighties on underneath and she doesn't overheat at all. Anyway, the process of picking up my online order was easy! They don't open until 10am which is a bit late, but I just run all my other errands first then come by here last thing. No complaints.”
“Kendall was such a joy to work with. I wasn’t sure what i was looking for or what to find it, she walked right up to me and begin to help me without me asking. She went out of her way to make sure we had every sizes we needed even in the busy store. She was patient and sweet with us even with many consumers asking for help. Kendall made the whole experience much easier and enjoyable.”
“I have recently been in the Old Navy on Porter Street, close to Harmon and 287 in Fort Worth. Both time I was extremely satisfied with the selection and prices. The staff is very helpful and polite. There is a Ross down a few businesses from them and I used to shop at Ross often when I lived in Plano. But Old Navy has become my preferred place to shop for casual clothing and certain accessories. I highly recommend that particular Old Navy in Fort Worth.”
“Lauren (I saw in another review that she is a manager at the Tanger location in Ft. Worth) was exceptionally helpful! I was looking for an 18 month size in a clearance item, but did not have the number needed to look it up. Once again, she took a lot of time to search for the item online and in other stores. She advised me to call back with the needed number (I had it at home, over an hour away), which I did. She was able to find the item in a store nearer to me, called that location to confirm and ask for it to be held for me. I told her how much I appreciated her “five-star” help. She replied that they are there to help the customer in any way they can. It is RARE to experience GREAT customer service-even if with just a smile and pleasant attitude-let alone, going out of the way to go beyond good customer service to help a customer. This lady deserves a promotion!!”

“I went into the Gap in North East Mall today. I was having trouble locating a pair of jeans I had found a model wearing on the website, on the website for purchase lol. The mall is not my jam so I was not excited at all. The sales associate Lisa was so spectacular! I explained the situation, showed her the picture and she went right to them. She even had the size just about on the nose just by looking at me. She was friendly, helpful and informed me of the sales today. She gave me her opinions on everything I tried on. I needed that because like I told her, my husband’s doesn’t count. He says I look good in everything ? lol. She made me actually want to go back. Thank you Lisa!”
“Worth the drive! stroller fits through most of store. Floors are clean most of the time. Mostly women's some men and little of girls, boys and babies. A bathroom is close by but not inside store. Parking lot spaces also can be found right next to store.”

“Jane and Kathleen helped us at the southlake location on Feb 25, 2024. The vibe of the store is very calm and positive. They outfitted my tween granddaughter with several things and she was thrilled! Everyone who works there is warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this store over Lululemon, which has a very chaotic atmosphere.”

“I've never had a bad experience at this location. I shop here often since Vineyard Vines is one of my absolute favorite brands, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. They always offer water and are quick to help find anything we might be looking for, which I really appreciate. However, they can read a room, and will back off and let me shop when I'm focused and need space.
The selection is decent given the store's smaller size, but the quality of the clothing never disappoints. Between the friendly team and the dependable brand, this location continues to be one of my favorites to shop.”

“Came in last Saturday with my wife and was greeted and welcomed warmly by Rynae super star attitude and very quick to answer our questions then we came across the photographer that took care of us named Cheryl who absolutely transcended the bounds of professional customer service! She was so incredibly patient with us and gave us input and we were very pleased with the experience after the session when we got a chance to review the pictures they were awesome and my wife and I truly felt she captured some special moments of us that reminded me how much I love my best friend to say we were satisfied would be a grave understatement rynae and Cheryl truly made it such a remarkable experience for us and we are looking forward to coming back again

“Love shopping for grandson at this sweet store. Staff is friendly and helpful, and clothing is clean and truly "gently worn." I'm not much on digging for finds but have found some great deals on shoes for a toddler who goes through sizes so quickly. We purchased a pair of light up sandals here, and he loves wearing them and stomping his feet to make the lights flash. Most of all, I appreciate businesses where young families can purchase very affordable clothing, toys and other necessary items for their kids. If you are looking for a place to donate gently used clothing, I would suggest Once Upon A Child.”
