“It was our first year buying a uniform and it was such an amazing experience at Ivy! I walked in with a 2 year old and a baby and was immediately greeted with a smile and much needed help! Haha a staff member (completely forgot her name) took me to the correct section, showed us everything we could need in the size she thought would fit best and took everything over to the fitting room for us/showed me the way. She stayed close by and checked in to see if I needed any other sizes. I never once had to go looking for help or someone to answer a question. It honestly felt like she was our own personal stylist while we were there. She was so kind and made the whole experience super easy. She even went the extra mile to check the back for another color of shirt, got another staff member involved to check with her and was going to set up an order if that is something we wanted to do. Loved the organization and honestly the help through the uniform process. Such a great experience!”

“Lauren (I saw in another review that she is a manager at the Tanger location in Ft. Worth) was exceptionally helpful! I was looking for an 18 month size in a clearance item, but did not have the number needed to look it up. Once again, she took a lot of time to search for the item online and in other stores. She advised me to call back with the needed number (I had it at home, over an hour away), which I did. She was able to find the item in a store nearer to me, called that location to confirm and ask for it to be held for me. I told her how much I appreciated her “five-star” help. She replied that they are there to help the customer in any way they can. It is RARE to experience GREAT customer service-even if with just a smile and pleasant attitude-let alone, going out of the way to go beyond good customer service to help a customer. This lady deserves a promotion!!”
“Never go at the end of the day as it is usually pretty messy. But the beginning of a day and even midday you can find what you need very quickly. The staff is always very nice!”
“Worth the drive! stroller fits through most of store. Floors are clean most of the time. Mostly women's some men and little of girls, boys and babies. A bathroom is close by but not inside store. Parking lot spaces also can be found right next to store.”
“This store in Euless where I live is really nice and organized! I have not shopped in Old Navy in many many years. Haley was the store manager she was very professional and friendly and knowledgeable of her store and merchandise. The ladies were engaging at check out area as well as professional. (former Macys employee for 12 yrs. ( HR Supervisor and Michael Kors specialist for women's ready to wear ) I was really impressed that associates were visible and recovering areas that needed attention as well as acknowledging customers . “I recently visited GAP at Northeast Mall, and I had a great experience. I came in to exchange a few clothing items, and the staff was extremely helpful and cooperative throughout the process. They handled everything professionally and made the exchange quick and easy.
The store itself is well-organized, and I found most of the essentials I usually look for. They have a good variety of sizes, styles, and seasonal items, which makes shopping there very convenient.
Overall, GAP at Northeast Mall offers great customer service and has everything you need in one place. Definitely a store I’ll keep coming back to.”

“I've never had a bad experience at this location. I shop here often since Vineyard Vines is one of my absolute favorite brands, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. They always offer water and are quick to help find anything we might be looking for, which I really appreciate. However, they can read a room, and will back off and let me shop when I'm focused and need space.
The selection is decent given the store's smaller size, but the quality of the clothing never disappoints. Between the friendly team and the dependable brand, this location continues to be one of my favorites to shop.”

“Came in last Saturday with my wife and was greeted and welcomed warmly by Rynae super star attitude and very quick to answer our questions then we came across the photographer that took care of us named Cheryl who absolutely transcended the bounds of professional customer service! She was so incredibly patient with us and gave us input and we were very pleased with the experience after the session when we got a chance to review the pictures they were awesome and my wife and I truly felt she captured some special moments of us that reminded me how much I love my best friend to say we were satisfied would be a grave understatement rynae and Cheryl truly made it such a remarkable experience for us and we are looking forward to coming back again
