“I feel so lucky to have found Keller Pharmacy. I was prescribed a compounded Rx last year and went to a different pharmacy that was near the doctor's office. It was a horrible experience with long waits (up to a week) for refills and billing issues. I thought I was just going to have to stop my meds. Then I found Keller Pharmacy. They have the best staff!! They do same day refills, automatic refills, and the quality of the compound is much easier to use. The same prescription here costs 30% less than the previous pharmacy.”

There are arrows that show you should pull in one way only. BUT people always come on the opposite way (against the arrows) I never notice employees say anything to those individuals. The one time I did that an employee comes to me telling me that I can’t do that. I explain to him that I’ve come here all the time and see people do this and I NEVER see them go up to them telling them that.. TBH I felt like because I was black something was said. As long as you’re not black it’s allowed.”
“Special shout out to KJ in Keller. I had a mess up on my pick up order that was 100% my fault. He was able to adjust the system and allow us to pick up our order early. Even hand delivered to us. Thank you for helping and not just dismissing us. Appreciate the service”
“I transferred two of my prescriptions here due to a new insurance. The transfer process was great and done entirely through the portal.
One of my medications is ready, however my second is out of stock and the phone system says they need further information. No problem, but when calling to see when I can expect it or what the information they need is, the phone processor hangs up on me.
Weird, but regardless of the technical issues, Bic, the pharmacy manager, was so kind and quick. Will transfer all of my Rx here.”

“Best Pharmacy service in Fort Worth!! They seem to be able to supply medications other pharmacies like CVS, down the street, and Walmart, just across the freeway, can't seem to keep to obtain. Their service is personal, when they tell you something they keep their word and whatever information you've requested they have accurate answers.”
