I came to another location hoping I just got a horrible sales rep. Bri was able to help me get a brand new s23 ultra with a promo for a new watch amd earbuds. I have never been happier to get my problem resolved with such an amazing outcome!”

If your ever want or need outstanding, extremely over the top customer service…. Ask for Alish.. He was amazing!! “My husband was having major issues with his voicemail when we visited the store. Andrea was the representative that greeted us, she was so patient, my husband was extremely irritated and frustrated and not a pleasant customer. Andrea never lost her cool, she was extremely knowledgeable and walked us thru several problems that needed attention. In a situation with a customer like my husband, I would have had him removed, but Andrea never wavered and was completely professional. I can’t say enough about what a top notch customer representative Andrea is.”

“Mr. Noah helped me with an issue that I couldn't get help with online. And the face-to-face communication was superb. He made eye contact and helped me within 10 minutes...along with 7 other customers that happen to come in at the same time on a Sunday afternoon! I let him know that I need the phone line updated for my data because I was being overcharged and he did it, with just my phone number. I received the email confirmation and was at the door. I forgot to mention he even went to go find the third employee who came out to me directly and informed me that he wanted to help...But he had another customer first and I said, no problem, that I was willing to wait 20 minutes and I had my timer set. And that was not a problem ....I was in and out within 10 minutes.”
