I got a great deal on the upgrade and the store manager Nano was the one who helped me. He was very quick, friendly and informative about the whole transaction. Would recommend this location 10/10.”

After a long day at the Apple Store, what was supposed to be a simple battery replacement turned into a much bigger issue caused by the Apple technician. Thankfully, the team at T-Mobile stepped in and resolved everything by replacing my phone and even staying after hours to make sure it was properly set up. They truly went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely return if I ever need help again. Give them all a raise!”
