“I made the reservation on line, paid for my unit and once at the location I was basically treated as a liar. I showed my contract and receipt and even then I was told I would have to start from scratch. Had to pay a second time for my same Unit. They treated me like I was making it all up even with proof of contract and payment.”

“We’ve had a great experience with this storage facility. It’s always very clean, well-maintained, and efficiently run. The staff has been helpful and the process has been smooth from day one. We like it so much that even after moving farther away, we still choose to keep our storage unit here—that says a lot.
One thing to keep in mind is that the contract is month-to-month, so prices can increase over time. As long as you’re aware of that, it’s a great place and we highly recommend it.”

but unfortunately they do not prorate.. So if you are moving out in the middle of the month be prepared to pay for the full month.
After trying to contact the manager all morning and leaving messages. And still no call back by 3pm.. I finally had to call and act like I wanted to set up new services before I was able to get assistance.
AND that was when I found out that they do no prorate...not a happy person at all.
People work very hard and for you to keep even a portion of those funds after a persons move out date that is very horrible business practices... And that is not a good look for such a big company, I am sure that you 1 person doesn't stop your taking money from people, but I truly hope that others think long and hard before renting with this company... I will be posting this review on the BBB and yelp, google and anywhere else I can...
Just think if I am paying 158.00/30days =5.26 a day* 13days that I will have this unit =68.38 is what I should only be paying -158.00 what they are charging for a full month=89.62 of a profit...Now if they do that to everyone that is a major profit.....”
