    “The customer service has just gotten poor . The evening cashier obviously hasn't had enough training or maybe just doesn't care as she has been there a month or so now. Claims she doesn't know about or how to do several things now...like coupons not scanning proper, she just hands them back like 'oh well '. Doesn't even try really. The store is not stocked as well as used to be either.”

    “I had the most patient cashier at the Dollar General near Subway and Big Lots in Kilgore. I wish that I had a receipt to call Corporate to get her recognized. She had wonderful customer service and had a great positive attitude and pleasant personality. I was in their store around 12:30-100pm.”

    “This Walmart is great. It's well kept and the employees are usually pretty friendly and with the exception of sporting goods and kids toys and of course the fish section they are pretty quick to come and help. The grocery pick up is the BEST and I cannot express how much this has improved my personal experience with grocery shopping, I would highly recommend it! I would like to see more of a selection of women's clothing not just junior sizes or plus sizes but the women in the middle need more of a selection! I can never find anything usually that is cute to wear which is sad bc the prices are usually pretty reasonable. I would also say that putting Christmas up before Halloween has really ruined that part of the store for me. I love Christmas but y'all had it up way too early.”
