“I couldn't figure out why this huge HEB it was so very busy/crowded. Lines were outrageous!!
Self pay had a minimum of 15 people waiting in line, only 6 manned registers open.
Of course the 15 or less registers were taking folks with 20-30+ items... yes I counted, i finally left the line after a Customer with an overage dropped guacamole on the floor, didn't want to step in that mess. The regular Lines was actually faster.
Stop using GMOs, genetically altered garbage in your heb/hill country bakery items, especially when the garbage is supposed to be organic!!! It was payday!!! HEB do better, hire more people to work the registers on paydays. And stop poisoning us.”
“I typically love coming to this location. We have a grocery store right across the street from our house but come here because we save so much money! However, on occasion, like today, I came intending to do a full shopping trip and there was like no produce at all at 2:00 p.m. I asked the cashier if they got their truck she said they did but it was small. She said they get a truck everyday but tomorrow they were expecting to get a whole lot of produce and meat. ? I guess I’ll have to take another trip to a different Aldi location. ??♀️”

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere wrapped me up in pure island vibes. The music, the warmth, the culture — everything felt so authentic, I literally felt like I was in Puerto Rico.

O M G. ? Perfectly toasted bread, juicy meat, melted cheese, and flavors that just melt into your soul. Every bite was unreal. This sandwich alone is worth the trip!

“After a rough, long hot day I walked to HEB fuel center for a cigar. Upon my arrival the place was immaculate. Drink fridges were stocked and labels all perfectly facing out. The trash cans were aligned at pumps with no overflow and the pumps appeared to have been recently cleaned. As I made my way up to the window and met Henry where it was well lit and shelves of items all perfect and easy to shop for what I needed. Henry spoke clearly and loudly through the speaker and was a pleasure to speak with. He certainly went out of his way to ensure the little time he had with my quick visit to have an impact on me and make a difference in the lives of people around him. He surely allowed me to forget the days problems and smile for a second before I went on my way.

“Store is large and they had clearance on plants and that made my day! Came here to buy steak and wine for dinner. Although, the wine selection was massive for me that it took forever to select one. I do love my HEB- great quality of produce, meat, and seafood. I spend too much money here and I keep coming back.”
“The Cuban sandwiches are always good the plates are always packed with fresh hot cooked delicious food from the hot station and grocery side has some of the best and cheapest prices on produce meat and more! Love it every time we visit!”

“One of my favorite gas stations/Convenient stores in town! I've been going there since I was knee high to a grass hopper and it's used to be Called COOKS!”
“Pros:
- Clean and well-organized store
- Large selection of items
- Helpful staff
Cons:
- The store is on the top of a hill, so you have to be careful when you get to your car that your shopping cart does not accidentally run into your, or someone else's car (there is not much HEB can do about that)”
“I'm sending this rating directly for your manager at this location. Jen. She is always kind, attentive, and wears the biggest smile on her face. I once saw her make all the time in the world for a man who was clearly down on his luck and in desperate need of a friendly face. He checked out slowly, talking her ear off the whole time but her patience never waned and her attention never faltered even as the line continued to grow behind him. The same attention and care was then lavished on each remaining customer as she kindly told him she needed to get back to work but she looked forward to seeing him soon. Unlike the likely 200+ times I heard that sentiment this week, I know he believed her because she genuinely meant it. Jen is a warm, bright light in a cold, dark world and I hope her employers recognize how truly lucky they are to have her as the face of this location.”

The outstanding manager (Lisa) and all the workers that work here they go above and beyond to greet you, ( Angela) check you out as fast as they can and I know I've been in a couple of times where Roy one of the amazing cashier would literally take my water to my car.? I wish more Dollar General store had these type of ethics. Thank you All from your community?”

“For the past several years I've been using curbside service at a different location and recently switched to this location in hopes of a better experience. I have had nothing but very positive experiences with the curbside service personnel at the Trimmier location and I'm so thankful for them. The previous location I used literally had issues every single order. This location seems to be much more organized and well run. Going on a month now of consistent, courteous, and accurate orders filled here weekly.”

“I've been going here for years and not once have I ever had an employee ask to help take my groceries to the car. I ended up and a register with a kind young lady with a smile ready to help. As she was ringing up my groceries we engaged with each other. Picking up her vibe was outstanding. I had mentioned to for her to not make bags to heavy because I was still healing from surgery and ai couldn't carry a certificate amount of pounds. She had no problem with my request. Then she offered to walk my groceries to my car and unload them. Gloria was this young lady who did an amazing job. Her customer service was genuine and OUTSTANDING! We need more Gloria's, give this girl a raise an advancement.. well deserved! I give her 10 stars ? Thank you Gloria's for your kind service”

“Only reason I give 4 stars is because the E85 pumps are right next to the regular pumps, so I have to wait on these non-E85 users to get out of the way so I get get to one of the two E85 pumps. Its a huge pain when its busy. If they were separate, I'd have no complaints at all. Sounds nit-picky, but everything else is ok. They have good fuel prices, it's the cheapest E85 around here.”
