“Whenever I’m in Killeen and looking to stay at a hotel that won’t break the bank, but still has quality, this is the hotel I choose.The hotel is also around tons of store/fast food options. It’s in a great location. It’s quiet, even with kids and dogs, the noise is never ongoing. I love it. The staff are a little busy at most times, which is very understandable, but they’re very kind and welcoming when you come in contact with them for assistance. My biggest thing with “cheap” or budget-friendly hotels are roaches and bed bugs. I have yet to experience any of those issues since I’ve been here which is another reason why I keep coming back. For the newbies in town, I definitely recommend this hotel. Even if you’re from Killeen and staying with relatives, THIS is a place you can come to, free your mind and relax.”

“The rooms were as clean as could be expected for as old as.they are. No pool showers were. Clean.... Staine on one of the blankets and wifi being by office sucked small place ice maker was filthy but ..... Lol not to bad after a tornado huh sad but true..Rooms: Not to bad for a night are two not spick and Spain but clean the non smoking room now smoking room was a lil nore dirty. Like film from smoke on mirrorsSafety: It seen to be fairly safe for a lady that can hold her own if need to be. ....well liteWalkability: There is a. “This is a good place to stay. Why? I am always greeted with kindness and respect whether I check in early or late. And the cleaning staff is always friendly and helpful. I have had to stay quite often because of the landlord I have, who has zero interest in repairing our air conditioning. To Mr. Hasseen, Mr. Miguel and Ms. Shandolah much appreciation and large thank you. And if I spelled your names wrong I apologize.”

“***I thought I posted this review a while back, but I must've forgot. Anyhow, I believe the manager deserves a fair and honest review, albeit a late one.***I'd like to start by saying the freeze in February 2020 was a very stressful time for everyone here in Texas and the fact that this hotel was able to have guests was nothing short of a blessing for me.I booked a last minute stay here because I had been out of power for 4 days and counting.I recognized the manager (Denis) at the front desk when I walked in. (I had to book my mother a stay there about a year ago. Also, a good experience.)He immediately made me aware of the issue with frozen pipes. I had been freezing for 4 days straight, so this was not a deal breaker for me.The room was neat and warm with a large, flat screen tv with working cable. (A lot of people in Killeen also had no cable)There was a small puddle of water by the window where I assume the pipes had leaked. Someone stopped by to look at it, so it was clearly being worked on.I did have to ask for towels but shortly after, the lady brought be warm towels and sheets fresh from the dryer, it seemed.I made my bed, turned on the tv and was the happiest man in earth.The next day, I received a text informing me that my power at home had been restored. With that, I checked out early in hopes of getting a refund, but I understand that is not a guarantee. Either way, I was grateful for the hospitality in such an unexpectedly, stressful situation. It was a well needed place of solace.”

“Customer service was excellent. Was checked in rapidly. Wasn’t disturbed my entire visit. The building is run-down, stained and has German cockroaches. Bedding was clean with no evidence of bed bugs. Believe me I looked! Can’t store food or eat here comfortably, but can sleep!”
