WoodSpring Suites Killeen is undergoing renovations, with new rooms that are comfortable, a good size, and include a kitchen. The staff is excellent, wonderful, friendly, and always present to help, with quick response and around-the-clock availability. The manager is a wonderful and professional blessing who gives her all to the customers. Guests report a nice and quiet stay where they felt safe the entire time, with good locks. The location is great with easy highway access, good walkability to stores, and nearby activities like a mall. The beds were good, air conditioning worked well, and the shower and laundry on site were useful. There were no problems with bugs. Some guests note the internet could be better and vending machine prices are high, but the overall experience is wonderful through and through, providing a great view and a smooth operation with wonderful vibes. Many guests plan to return.

The manager Tina Johnson was absolutely amazing! She definitely goes above and beyond for all of her guests. The place was clean, accommodating and the staff were friendly.

The room is great the service is great and The Manager and her staff are respectful, patient and understanding nonjudgmental. It feels like I'm not even out of town. Whole grounds are clean and tidy. Thank you Ms. Tina.
