Motel 6 Killeen is a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. The building inside is very clean and fresh smelling, with nothing broken. The staff are helpful, friendly, and provide awesome service with kindness and respect. The location is convenient, close to Walmart, H.E.B., Starbucks, and many fast food and clothing stores within walking distance. While housekeeping is helpful and upkeeps rooms, communication can sometimes be difficult. Overall, it is a great and pleasant stay with no complaints.
My room was nice and clean but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a hardwood floor. And the only time to get an extra pillow is in the morning.
