“Very very very patient and kind and know how to get the job done. The managers are doing a great job and demonstrated customer service and beyond. If it had not been for them today, I would have left verizo! For good after I have been a loyal customer for 20 years!!! But after the run around I have been through with not getting service in my home (where I work,) and how they waited patiently (for 2 hours with tech service over the phone) and worked out this problem I have been having for over a month! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!! Great job guys!!!”

“My daughter and I went to pick up a replacement phone from this location. Her phone had a problem that was covered under warranty. Originally they wanted us to pick up the phone from the store in Cleveland, I explained to the rep. that I had not ever had a good experience at that location, so they sent it to the New Caney store. What a difference! Liz was fantastic! She asked if we needed her to transfer data or did we want to do it ourselves. She took care of what she could. We were there a total of 45 minutes which is quicker than I expected and never once felt rushed. Actually everyone at this store seemed friendly. I would come here again.”
