“This is the 3rd time I have been back to this amazing business. I am 46 years old and have been in sales since 18 years old and I have seen it all, unfortunately almost everything in this life is a con or scam and the few good people that are left you’ll be lucky to meet one every 5 years. This company has more humility that I haven’t seen since the 1980’s running around with my parents. It all started when my son still in middle school took my Tahoe when me and his mom were asleep late at night without our permission of course. He had seen something on YouTube called a neutral drop. He had put the Tahoe in neutral and took the RPM up to 3,000 and then slammed the Tahoe into drive not only blowing the transmission but also the rear differential. When I told them how I make barely any money working at a Toyota supplier and that I had lost my job due to this; they were very compassionate and genuinely felt for me as all the employees there also have teenage sons. They helped me get financed even with not so good credit and gave me a price that made me feel extremely comfortable and grateful. A few years later my son had matured or at least I thought he did and I started allowing him to take the truck sometimes to spend time with his little girl friend. Unfortunately he actually ended up doing it again but a different way this time. This time he was racing some other kid from his school. Once again they were extremely compassionate about the situation and was as surprised as I was that this had actually happened again because we agreed we would have never done anything like this at that age but hey this is Generation Z were talking about. They had given me a even better price then before because I was a returning customer. The good news is, is now both my son and daughter are both United States Marines and the boy is doing quite well and been in 2 years already and has seen Europe/Japan and South Korea all by 22 years old. Now my daughter followed her brother and has been in less then a year and not long ago just made it to the fleet after Bootcamp/S.O.I/ and MOS school. She has a 2006 Chrysler 300C with 182,000 miles on it. We had recently replaced the engine because she was not paying attention to the heat gauge and a hose came off overheating the engine and blowing the heads.she had recently told me how much she needed her car because her base in ocean side California is the biggest Marine base in the world and that you can drive 15 miles and still be on base. Also that she had missed some important classes to obtain different licenses for her transportation job in motor-t. I did the research and found out that Chrysler 300’s transmissions usually go out around 150,000 miles. I told her your not going to like what I have to say but me as a dad in his right mind can not give you this car without rebuilding the transmission. I explained that it will go out and that people will take advantage of you because you’re a young woman and on top of that everything in California is more expensive than Texas.So I explained to Tony my concerns and what I was trying to do and since my daughter was serving our country they gave us a price that was impossible to pass up. Now I feel like we are practically family and my daughter is extremely happy. You see if I would have went anywhere else like AAMCO with a working transmission and asked them to rebuild it, they would have said they did and probably wouldn’t have because once that transmission is closed up how would you ever know and unfortunately that’s the world we live in and AAMCO is a horrible company along with many others. You see Gene Brown isn’t trying to get a customer for one day, they are trying to get a customer for a lifetime and I am proud to say I am now a lifelong customer and so will be my children and there children.”

“I have been with Premier 1 a little over a year. Very intelligent front of the house Mgrs. They connect with everyone in a rare caring way. I have an older 2015 Lexus and Lexus kept going higher in repairs and regular maintenance sadly in the extreme?..Mercy..It’s almost too expensive to own a car at all in these times. Even repair insurance is not that… undergirding in todo. Many exclusions of what isn’t covered like a scary carnival game. A lot of stipulation restrictions on repairs don’t you know. I’ve been counseled by 4 shops at intervals and Premier1 has very excellent advisor league Mechanical talents on timing of replace or repairs. ✨ They’ve helped with pricing when they could fairly too. I just took it to another shop to compare advice. Most items were taken off the list completely by a Senior repair advisor at Premier 1. One Senior Advidor and mechanic has two older Lexus one at 540,000 miles✨One global at 1.5 million miles. Like a space ship. Had a frightening dishonest experience elsewhere. Yes.. trust Premier 1… My car has never run this well even with Lexus. Even their oil they use is aiding this also. Nice to find trust and very rare talent at Premier 1 in all fine Employees there. ? I bought an old pickup for my son. They did a thorough inspection and figured out we needed new steering, upper and lower control arms, alternator, AC, flux capacitor, dilithium chamber, warp core (maybe not those last three). But Cris has the hook-up on parts and his guys don’t lollygag when it comes to labor. I will NEVER go anywhere else!”

I initially brought my vehicle in around the middle of July with a multitude of issues. I needed a timing belt replacement, a tune-up, had rattling coming from the engine, and several other things that needed attention. At that point, my car simply was not running the way it should. Considering the amount of work my vehicle needed, the initial turnaround time was surprisingly fast, and the pricing was very fair.

From the very beginning, Lena at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, communicated clearly, and made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. That level of communication made an otherwise stressful situation so much easier.

Once my car was ready, they contacted me, we worked out a convenient time for me to pick it up, and I went on my way. After getting my vehicle back, however, I noticed a few things that concerned me and weren’t quite what I expected after having so much work done.

I brought those concerns back to Lena, and this is where I was truly impressed. Lena and Carlos, the technician, went above and beyond. They spent so much additional time diagnosing, checking, and addressing my concerns to make sure my vehicle was running safely and efficiently.

As a mother of three who is currently pregnant with my fourth, having a reliable and SAFE vehicle isn’t something I take lightly. I needed to know that I could get my children and myself where we needed to go without worrying about whether my car was going to leave us stranded. Lena and Carlos completely understood that, and they treated my concerns with the seriousness and care I was hoping for.

They didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult or like my concerns were an inconvenience. Instead, they took the time to go over everything, cover their bases, and make sure I was comfortable and confident in my vehicle before considering the job finished.

“Erik was referred to us by my brother, and he did not disappoint. My husband's Bronco Sport had a cabin leak; a plant was growing on the passenger-side floor. We took the bronco back to McCombs Ford West, and they couldn't find the issue; instead, they blamed Safelite because we had the windshield replaced. Instead, McCombs Ford West charged us $200 for basically doing nothing. They handed us a bill for the cost to replace the carpet and replace the muffler; the cost would have been at least four grand.
We went to Safelite, and there was no issue with the windshield. Told my husband we are not giving money to McCombs Ford West, and we should get a second opinion. Erik and his team worked on the Bronco right away, showed us that nothing was wrong with the muffler, and then explained the possible sources of the leak. Erik communicated everything he did with the vehicle, called the extended warranty, recorded conversations, and went beyond, more than what McCombs Ford West did; they actually did nothing but collect money. Erik did not charge a get rich amount of money, he was very reasonable.
Erik and his team found the problem, fixed it, and explained what we could do next, since our extended warranty wouldn't cover anything. By the way, if you have an extended warranty, it's a waste of money. The extended warranty was purchased through McCombs Ford West.
Erik and his company have customers for life; we will no longer be taking our vehicles anywhere else. If you have a Ford vehicle, take it to Boerne Ford; they were excellent at helping us get the carpets replaced. Erik has a substantial background in vehicle maintenance.

“When my transmission blew on Chevy Tahoe, John and the guys at Option Transmission were able to rebuild it to save me money and they got it done in just a few days.

Since having it rebuilt months ago, I have ran this Tahoe on multiple extensive trips and drives out of state and back, taken it into offloading situations for some of my camping trips, and I’ve had to drive really fast for some emergencies on a couple occasions.

I had an appointment with the dealership to replace the low beam headlight bulb and after being quoted $90 for a diagnostic, that I did not need, and another $100+ for the bulb and labor, needless to say I walked out disgusted and disappointed.
