“I had a good experience. Just remember to vacuum before you return the car if it's messy because you do sign so sort agreement that states there is a vacuum fee if you return it dirty. Be there early for your vehicle if you need it right away, because there may be a 20 or more minute wait. Check the vehicle tires before you leave because even with additional insurance, it does not cover tires. I did prepaid so that may helped reserved a vehicle for me. I did dropped by the day before and asked about the vehicle cause I needed a mini van. I wanted make sure they had one.”

“Long story short, my cruise boat arrived at Port late, and I had no service or internet to communicate with local office. My reserved car was rented out to someone else. They had no other cars available. I was supposed to wait patiently for a call if one became available. I ended up getting Lyft to rental office and waited 5 hours. Andrew Salinas, Assistant Manager, and his team were pleasant the entire time and ended up getting a spare vehicle repaired just for us. All I can say now is presence and patience paid off, thank you.”
