Yesterday I took some friends we ordered the double meat with cheese. My friend and I could not finish it so we took ours home. We sat outside in the patio with a nice breeze it was great. “7/25/23- I would like to update my review. The store manager Tangela, personally reached out to me and sincerely apologized on behalf of the employee. She made me feel acknowledged and heard, which I appreciated very much. I did go back to the store with my children and Tangela made sure we had a pleasant shopping experience. She made it clear that this will not happen again to me or anyone else. I can see how much she truly values her position and this company. Thank you, Tangela.7/20/23 1star-This employee shouted at me and my 6 year old daughter when we walked into the store at 9:50 “FIVE MINUTES!!” When it in fact was not 5 mins till closing. She then proceeded to shout from across the store “WE NEED TO CLOSE!!!” After about 3 mins of us looking for what we needed. Then she followed us and continued to shout they were closed at 9:57 and that I need to hurry up. I started to record because she was scaring my daughter and making her extremely nervous and to also show how she was acting towards a customer that just needed to pop in for a quick snack and baby diapers. On my video you can hear her phone alarm go off at 10pm when I was already checking out at the register. I’d like to warn others about how this store treats their customers and how their core values mean absolutely nothing to them. This rude, and disrespectful woman should be ashamed of herself. What’s even worse is that this isn’t the first time this same woman has acted with disgust with her job. She always has an attitude anytime I’ve visited this establishment. Shame on this store for continuing to allow her to work here.”

“I happened upon this place as I was leaving Sprouts, and I am so happy to have discovered it! It is a small store (smaller than a convenience store), but it has so many interesting European items! They have a wide selection of German chocolates, packaged and freezer packaged desserts, pasta, canned items, frozen entrees, deli meats, snacks, fresh bread, and cookies! A friendly customer walked me around the store and gave me her recommendations. I tried a sparkling rye drink and black currant sponge cookie snack! Both were very delicious. I am excited to go back to try their dried/canned food and jams! Some of the products don't have prices, but the owners and employees are always nearby so you can ask them for the price!”

I must’ve got there early because I was gonna order agua frescas from the stand inside but they only had lemonade. It was so good though I didn’t mind ? definitely recommend stopping by! I don’t know about making you feel uncomfortable I have never felt uncomfortable even at that I take my dog and to the store and they welcome us with open arms. my dog and I Have never felt uncomfortable at this store. And well sorry do you blame them for following people around when they’ve been hit so many times by thieves . I would do the same thing to . I don’t even work there and I still follow people around I make sure that the store is good so that way the workers don’t have to do it. you get these lowlife people who walk into the store and open things as if they’re going to paying for it. they eat it they walk around the store and then they leave it there for the workers to clean up that is not their job. “It is great to now have more options for groceries in this area. We needed something like this. Sprouts always has the best options when it comes to organic produce. They also have extras that you can't find in your local grocery store and ready to eat meals. Yes, sometimes it could be more expensive. Best is to take advantage of their sales. They also send coupons in the mail every so often where you get so much off when you buy so much. This location is big and spacious inside. It looks modern and clean. Don't forget to bring your re-usable bags. Parking is on site, but shared with the other businesses. I've never had an issue with parking.”

H-E-B is known for its private label selection, which includes organic and lower-cost products, in which this store has plenty of. “Clerk is all smiles and friendly. The store is always fully stocked and pretty clean. A little pricey to that of Valero on smokes and beer but well stocked and cold! No fountain drinks here at all. “It's funny how one day, I visited an H-E-B Plus purely by accident, and it felt like I was in a Fred Meyer up in Washington state. Yet on another day, I visited this H-E-B Market, and it felt like I was in a small, but cozy, Sprouts Farmers Market. That's not to say this was any worse than the H-E-B Plus. In fact, it might be better because it has a more neighborly feel than the larger H-E-B locations I've been to, including the Plus of course.I actually wanted to stop by earlier in my trip because it was closest to my hotel in downtown San Antonio, but one, the parking lot was full when I tried to go the first time, and two, driving around downtown San Antonio is *painfully* slow! Luckily, with this store having such a more relaxing atmosphere in spite of the lack of certain merchandise, I forgot about all the trouble I had driving here, which included a portion of Flores St being blocked off for some reason.This H-E-B is on the southeast corner of Flores and Cesar Chavez Blvd. There is a gas station here, so you can fill up on both groceries and gas here, which is convenient. In fact, this location is closest to the Corporate Office on Main Ave just on the other side of Commanders House Park. I suppose if you want to complain about your experience at this H-E-B Market, you could walk two blocks south to the corporate office, though I wouldn't recommend doing that if it's 100+ degrees outside lol.At a previous H-E-B, I got a coupon for $2.50 off Catalina Crunch cereal. I was hoping to use it at this location, but with how much smaller it was compared to their counterparts, I wasn't surprised that I couldn't find the cereal, even with help from an associate named Robert. The associates, unless they are new, shouldn't have any trouble helping you find what you need. I did, however, find a nice bag of H-E-B trail mix that I thought could have been useful for the trip back home, so I got a bag of that instead.When I went to check out at a self-checkout, my credit card declined! This was the day after the chip on my card got locked up, thus rendering it unusable for the remainder of my trip. Danny, the associate at the self-checkout, saw me expressing my exasperation and didn't hesitate to help. He couldn't get my card to work either, so I had to use a backup card. At first, it didn't work either, but the second time was a charm. I appreciated how he stepped in to help out before I even asked. Remember what I said about neighborly feel? Much appreciated! :)Overall, I would definitely recommend stopping by here for all your grocery needs as long as they have what you need; otherwise, you'd have to go to a different location. I also want to mention they have a nice little patio just outside the market so you can enjoy your just purchased food there. I think it's meant for customers getting a pizza at South Flo, but really, you shouldn't have a problem eating anything else there.”
