I immediately called the store. Spoke to Noel the manager who helped me track the package and provided me the tracking number I needed to include date and time! I received the upmost caring compassion customer service and he understood the urgency of locating this package for me. once I obtained the information the merchant was able to credit me back the $240! from now on this is my UPS store for all my returns! “I guess it's the owner but he is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I had only been there for his notary service before I saw somebody's review or picture with UPS logo. Since nearby UPS stores are almost always crowded with people waiting and the managers/owners aren't friendly even if they're at the storefront, I'd much rather go to Safe Ship for quick and pleasant dealings. They also do all kinds of printing as well as shipping with USPS, FedEx and even DHL.”
