“Updating my review: I received expired and spoiled produce today again this time I called and spoke with customer service and explained my experience. Adolfo (manager) from curbside called me back. Then he personly reshopped my expired stuff and replaced with the best picks and/or upgraded with better choices. He then had it delivered to my house with in 2 hours of my call. I can't tell you how much this type of customer service means to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Updating back to 5 stars. ??
Last review: Love the selections of food. I also like using the shopping app to pick up my groceries. Unfortunately I had to lower my rating due to the quality of fresh food has gone downhill, my fresh food spoils or there are bugs all inside and some times the bread is moldy (curbside pickup). Or I get bad produce from curbside pickup. I don’t know why the quality has been so bad the past 6 months? Disappointing”

“The prices are great here and the folks at H.E.B. regularly check for credit card scimmers.
There is an employee building so you can pay a physical attendant if you need to.
They have a car wash and compressed air station here for your convenience also. And of course, the H.E.B. Plus is right next store so grab groceries then gas. This is my kind of efficiency.
This place is pretty busy and I almost wish they would go full on Buc 'ees to service the obvious growing demand.”
“Happy I swung by HEB today. As I was walking towards the energy drinks, I found myself down the aisle where the paper supplies are. Found the most adorable sticky notes. Texas shaped! Are you kidding me! Love! A total must have. Great price too! Also, yes, my energy drink. I so need this today. My happy little work drink. They did go up in price. But still a decent price and they had my favorite flavor, orange. Used the self check out. Was very quick and the cashier, giggles, was super friendly. Haha. I was the cashier.”
“I read a couple of reviews from people that were very uncomplimentary. My wife and I have been customers at this Randalls now for almost 4 years. The pharmacists and staff have always been pleasant and helpful with excellent service, no errors, and they know our names by sight as well as our medical problems/conditions. That is very unusual. They also give "no pain" vaccine injections! Always a nice experience. Cliff Stripling (a retired pharmacist)”
“Leigh at the pharmacy in Leander went out of her way to fill a prescription for my son basically at closing after a very negative experience at a different pharmacy. We were from out of town and needing an antibiotic for one of my children right before a holiday. The other pharmacy failed to let us know that they do not take our insurance right before closing until we were at the register ready to pay. At that point most other pharmacies were also closing and it was going to be an hour drive to try to get it filled at another 24 hour pharmacy. Leigh saved us all from that headache which helped us all get the help we needed after a very long day. Thank you sooo much!”

“This is a new Pharmacy in Lakeway.They quickly filled my prescription and had it ready when I arrived. The pharmacist was very helpful and explained how to take the medication and any side effects I might experience. It was an expensive medication and he looked up a coupon to apply to the price and saved me quite a bit. I would recommend this pharmacy..”

“This store is my location for prescription needs and I have never had a problem here even though the pharmacy staff is way overworked, they are always pleasant. This review is about my stop here a little before 4 PM on Christmas day. I just needed some cough medicine. There were a few customers in the store and the star of the show was the cashier. Its Christmas day and this nice guy was working and he had such a great demeanor and was so helpful and positive that I thanked him for working on Christmas . He is the kind of employee that every retailer should have and I hope that a supervisor sees this review and shows appreciation for the young man's professionalism.”

Whether in the beauty area, pharmacy, or check out, every single staff member has gone out of their way to assist me in any way possible when needed. “I love this pharmacy inside Target in Bee Cave! I can hike over from home and pick up a prescription, or get vaccinated, and also pick up home goods at Target. It is so convenient and I have found the pharmacy staff to be smart and very nice. I read recently that CVS may close some pharmacies in Target stores and I am praying they don't close this one. Pray pray pray ...”

“It's right by my work. So it's pretty convenient, since I practically live at work. I had a return to make. The gentleman behind the counter took my item, worked his magic. And I was refunded quick and easy no questions asked. Store looks like it's being moved around. A lot of empty shelves. Or maybe they've just been super low on products and they are filling shelves. Either way, boxes and bins around on the floor and naked shelves. Hope they are doing okay.”

“We had lost a family member and needed a canvas print for the memorial service. I placed the order days in advance, but apparently they were out of supplies, and no one called to tell me. I learned this when I went to pick up the large canvas print.I spoke with Teresa at the Lakeway location who was apologetic and said I should have been called. Teresa and Katelyn (behind the photo counter talked, and Teresa said they will call the other location. She asked if I could come back tomorrow or later to pick it up, but I told her I was unable as I needed within the next 2 hrs.. Katelyn, asked Teresa (I am guessing a supervisor) permission to leave the store and go get what was needed from the other location. To which Teresa replied, yes, please. Katelyn grabbed a helmet and quickly went out he door to jump on her motorcycle. I said thank you and please be safe. Teresa, always with a smile, handled the front register and the photo section, without missing a beat while Katelyn was away. No one waited, except for me, which I was happy to do. I couldn't believe how genuine they both were and concerned they were to make this right so we could get to the service. Katelyn was back quickly, with the wood stakes sticking out of her backpack. In the meantime, Teresa got the print set up and ready, since there were no other customers in the store. Katelyn came in, and didn't even remove her helmet. They worked quickly together and it was completed. I can't thank them enough for being so thoughtful and going out of their way to make this happen for not only me, but my entire family. It would have been so easy for them to say, nothing I can do, or you should have been called so not my problem, but they jumped into how can we help mode. They were amazing and really compassionate about the situation. Walgreens continues to give a sense of community with their caring and dedicated employees. I snapped a photo, because I was just so impressed and I knew I was going to write a review about these two dynamic individuals.”
“This was the first time in 3 years I have been able to have a pharmacy team help me with a medication not covered by insurance using a simple manufacturer coupon so smoothly. I was able to put the request in, have the medication ordered, arrive and pick up with ease. The pick up process with applying the coupon took 5 minutes. I will never be going back to CVS which was a total nightmare.”

“I worked there as a pharmacy tech and really enjoyed the safe environment. Supervisor was well aware of their jobs and treated their employees with dignity and respect as well as their patients. I gave 4 stars because of the salaries are not based correctly. You could probably make the same money working for fast food restaurants.”
